for your stomach, besides sit ups, try lying on your back on the floor, then bending your knees so your calves are parallel with the floor, then extending your arms past your thighs so theyre parallel to the floor, lifting your upper back off the ground and holding for a few seconds. each time you do it, go for a longer amount of time, or lift your shoulders further. it works quite well. for your arms, try doing "slow motion pushups". get into pushup position, extend your arms and hold, then go down almost all the way but stay up just a bit and hold, then extend and hold, lower and hold. try different heights to get the feel of what will work.

Heyyyy, Maddie...

**TO TONE YOUR ARMS: take two dum bells [whiceveR weight woRks foR you.. even if 3 pounds]. Put one in each aRm, and stand up stRaight with youR feet shouldeR-width apaRt. BRing the dum bells up to youR chest with youR elbows folded out [like TaRzan pounding his chest-soRt of motion, ya know?] Then at a MEDIUM speed... extend youR aRms out to the side, and slowlyt bRing them back in. You can do two at a time to help balance the stRength build up and toning, oR do one at a time if it's easieR. THIS DOES CUH-RRRRAZZIIEEEEEEE AMOUNTS OF MIRCALE!!!!!!!!!! If you do it foR at least 20 minutes a day you'll see a diffeRence in a week TOPS. I do them all the time; it's fun!!

**AS FOR YOUR STOMACH: Easy peesy!! Just do plenty of jogging and go bike Riding. Also, doing tons of cRunches and sit ups will be a BIG help!!!

Goodluck to you!!! Hope I helped!! =D

Running is good! Eat healthy, and help your mom carry in the groceries. and its not like you wear belly shirts and bikinis to school, so why do you even care if your stomach is "toned before highschool" anyways? and you don't have to be toned to be "physically healthy".

Arms: sit in a cross legged position, lean slightly forward but make sure your back is like a piece of steal; very straight. then make your thumbs touch along with your index fingers to form a triangle, place this behind your head at the nape of your neck so it's like a sit up position, then raise above your head while breathing in, and then lower back to the nape again while breathing out. do this 10 times a day.

then switch cross leg positions so the other leg is on top, open up your arms like you're holding a giant ball, create resistance and slowly bring your arms together, as if you're squeezing the ball. this should tone your arms.

For your stomach I suggest you try crunches, situps etc. For you arms you could do push ups or try to lift some weights. Not to heavy, just about 3 lbs. This should help you.
