if i ride my bike for around 10-15 minutes each day.. how much wieght will i lose in a week and will it help me flatten my stomach a bit ? (link)
it probably wont flatten your stomach, but its really good cardio. i mountain bike, and a surefire LEG toner is to ride up a gradual slope, increasing your gear after a few times of riding. the amount of weight you will lose depends on the length of time, and how much energy you exert.


ok everyone. i need help on some outfits. i just got rid of 3/4 of my clothes. i don't know what kind of "in style" clothes i should get for the summer. i need some help. (link)
bright colours! flowy skirts, at the knee or just above, a-line minis. comfy, light tshirts; longer tank tops. capris with a large bottom hem; medium-wash denim. whatever you're most comfortable with!


Ok my face looks like a friggin pizza with extra pepperoni on it now..ugh gross..but yeah I never break out..it's just that right now, I'm going through alottaa stress..so does anyone have any home remedies to get rid of these little suckers..(toothpaste, hot water, umm idk..)just anything you would find in your home..I need to get rid of them by tomorrow (if possible!) they're humongo..ahh i will rate you a 5..like bam! -thankssss (link)
for individual ones, mix some baking soda with water to make a paste and put a dab of that on each one before going to bed. if its the right "stage" it should dry up pretty well. drink more water, wash your face with a gentle soap like Dove every day, and when you eat, dont touch your face if the food is greasy. also, dont touch the breakout cuz it can spread the bacteria to the rest of your face.


Hi im a 16 yr old female. i need to get in shape for the swim season next year so i can go to state. ( so close last year) well ive gain some weight(now 150) and im on a diet now. it consists of mostly egg whites and absolutly no junk food, sugar, and everything else that will lead to weight gain. Now for my question: with the workout im doing should i stay with it or change some of the exercises. i get the fitness magazine and someone wrote in about change exercises. and is it good to not do the same thing over and over again. im also going to start going to a gym, should i also join and arobics class, but boxing looks fun. im very confused and i hope you can understand what im asking. thank for everything and sorry about my spelling.

try to mix in plenty of cardio with some weight training, and something fun. boxing works! lots of my guy friends do it and well...it works! if you can have fun while getting fit, then you are REALLY getting fit. mix it up only to the extent that youre not confused by any set schedule. keep your routine comfortable and enjoyable, and you'll stick with it better.

Does anybody know any excercises that can tone your arms and stomach?...?Those are my two main problem areas and I would liike to look physically healthier by toning my arms and stomach before I start high school. THanks so much for the help!! GrEaTlY appreciated!!

for your stomach, besides sit ups, try lying on your back on the floor, then bending your knees so your calves are parallel with the floor, then extending your arms past your thighs so theyre parallel to the floor, lifting your upper back off the ground and holding for a few seconds. each time you do it, go for a longer amount of time, or lift your shoulders further. it works quite well. for your arms, try doing "slow motion pushups". get into pushup position, extend your arms and hold, then go down almost all the way but stay up just a bit and hold, then extend and hold, lower and hold. try different heights to get the feel of what will work.


Do you know of any ideas of how to get rid of cellulite or to tone your legs to make muscle other than lunges? I am trying to get in better shape and any help would be greatly appreciated!! MuCh LoVe

the easiest surefire way to tone legs that i know of is to take stairs 2 at a time, or when your just standing somewhere got from standing flatfooted to on your toes, and back again. just keep doing that as long as its comfortable. also, i tend to mountain bike a lot, try gradual slopes in a higher gear as you get better at it.
