Additional info, added Wednesday June 1 2005, 9:54 pm: wth is tea-tree oil?!?!!? . Want to answer more questions in the Miscellaneous category? Maybe give some free advice about: Random Weirdos? Ronlina answered Saturday June 4 2005, 10:52 am: To answer the additional question: tea-tree oil is an oil that originates in Australia. It's a completely natural product and can be used for many things, one of them is skin care. It helps disinfect areas of skin and dry out areas (but isn't usually as harsh as somehting like clearasol, which can dry out your skin and make the acne even worse).
Tea Ttree oil works for some people, not for others. It's worth a shot - but it's important to also get a good, non-oil based moisterizer. It's important to keep your skin clean and wash it, but over-drying your skin will make more pimples.
gretch answered Friday June 3 2005, 1:25 am: for individual ones, mix some baking soda with water to make a paste and put a dab of that on each one before going to bed. if its the right "stage" it should dry up pretty well. drink more water, wash your face with a gentle soap like Dove every day, and when you eat, dont touch your face if the food is greasy. also, dont touch the breakout cuz it can spread the bacteria to the rest of your face. therocketsummer answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 9:53 pm: All i know is Tea-Tree oil and toothpaste. Tea tree oil is something I use on bug bites, because it dries them out VERY quickly, and will do the same for zits. Toothpaste does the exact same thing, but toothpaste you might want to use over night. Your best bet would probably be the Tea-Tree oil
bl0ndiex3you answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 9:33 pm: yeah tea tree oil works really well. just be careful with wut you use. make sure its not too harsh on your skin otherwise itll just get worse. so it might take a few tries to see wut actually works but a home remedy wuld be putting sum hot water on a wash cloth then wash your face with wutever youre using. after that you might wanna put sum peroxide or wutever. good luck [ bl0ndiex3you's advice column | Ask bl0ndiex3you A Question ]
Michele answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 8:57 pm: Tea Tree Oil is a good home remedy for pimples but it is not going to work over night. Nothing will. Your skin cells die off and change every 28 days. If you start using a remedy now, in 28 days, your skin will look much better. Many of the over the counter remedies will work also, Benzoil peroxide, stridex, but again, and even if they are successful, they will still take 28 days.
