riding my bike if i ride my bike for around 10-15 minutes each day.. how much wieght will i lose in a week and will it help me flatten my stomach a bit ?

it probably wont flatten your stomach, but its really good cardio. i mountain bike, and a surefire LEG toner is to ride up a gradual slope, increasing your gear after a few times of riding. the amount of weight you will lose depends on the length of time, and how much energy you exert. ]
well everyones different. theres no specific weight amount that you can loose, but yes riding a bike could help out to flatten, or create goodlooking abs. ]
well you will deffinatly lose sum weight. im not sure how much but there will be a difference. it might not flatten your stomach a whole bunch but losing any kind of weight will help your stomach. it will strengten your legs tho. if you really wanna focus on your stomach do crunches or purchase an exercise ball. i use one of those and they work really well cuz its always working your stomach. good luck and i hope i helped ]
u wont lose that much by riding ur bike for 15 minutes a day, at least not fast, try going to a gym and work out 4 30 minutes ]
You're barely going to lose any weight if you ride your bike for 10-15 minutes a day for a week. It takes a while to lose weight by doing this and it will help flatten your stomach but you won't see changes instantly. ]
You wont lose a right lot! at all. Try doing some more, or taking up a sport that you enjoy.

im sorry that this probably isnt the answer that you are expecting, but you will probably not lose much weight unless you are REALLY working, and by this i mean extremely feeling it. you would lose more weight and feel better if you ran instead. the bike wheels make it harder for your body to work because they do 1/2 the work for you!! when your running it is just you and you are doing all of the work! also eat healthy. it wont help if you run to lose weight and then gain it when you get home!!!

You have to do it more often. Riding your bike is not enough. You have to exersise more and eat healthy. You should ride your bike for about 30 minutes and always after dinner. I walk every night after dinner during summer and that helps you loose weight. You just have to keep up with it. ♥ ]

no one can answer this for you - it depends on how vigorously you ride your bike, what your metabolic rate is, and what your diet consists of. Admittedly, if you're only goin to ride for 10 to 15 minutes, you're not going to lose much weight in a week. ]
