well im 13 years old and weigh bout 108 pounds. im not overweight or anything but i wanted to get down to 105. is there anything i culd do to lose those 3 pounds? {other then the obvious excercise and dont eat junk food} thnx.

Run around, play with the little kids that live near you (if there are any) swim, it's summer, go to the mall. That helps any one in my area because our mall is at least a mile walk, so of course walking it a few times while excercising your wallet and credit card make for an excellent way to lose weight. And it's only 3lbs your looking to lose. Just have fun, run around, go swimming, walk the neighborhood or area with friends, do whatever is fun but still actually excercising.
I mean walk everwhere you go as long as it's not too far away. You could lose like 5 or 6lbs by just doing that, maybe more depending how much and how far.
IPIiINIkI_my_anti_drug answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 10:30 pm: Well, the only thing is watch out for your diet dont eat greasy or oily foods and in the summer go to the gym and take dance classes swim and dont eat as much junk food as usual. i know i am not help at all cuz you know this already.. but it truly helps and you will get good results!!
