Emo people tend to be extremely emotional, listen to music that's depressing & talk about suicide & how bad their life is. It's really just a label, and a type of music. Emo could be considered a good thing [there's nothing wrong with being in touch with your emotions!] but idiot kids decided being emo was cool & then they trashed it giving it a bad name.


Scene is emo but it's happier. They dye their hair weird colors & cut it themselves. They wear supremely tight clothes & are extremely tiny kids. They tend to be straight edge, but some drink & party. They believe in being HxC [hardcore]. And they to tend to think they're hood.


Basically, SCENE is EMO with COLOUR.

Hi. I'm a 16-year old female.I have this friend that I like a lot as a friend but I also have a crush on him as well. The thing is, I can't be in a situation where the two of us could be together, because of our reputations, etc. There's a large group of girls at my school that hates the people I am friends with, as well as myself; if this guy and I got together, they would never leave me alone about it for as long as I live! Just let time help you. As corny and unoriginal as it sounds, it's true. Time helps everything. Trust me, I'm going through it right now. Something very traumatic happened to me this passed Sunday, so I'm taking baby steps & time to help me get closure & get my life back together. Just take your time, take everything in & just keep living. That's basically all you can do.

He was driving home from a movie with 2 of his friends when someone who was high on MULTIPLE drugs got onto the wrong side of the expressway from an EXIT and slammed into him. He was basically killed by an idiot who doesn't deserve to live.


As for your second questions, you can get them at Wal*Mart, Wet Seal, places like that. Wet Seal might seem expensive but they have clearances every now & then & they're actually quite cheap. So is Rue 21. I mean, you can get nice clothes at stores like Hollister because they've always got something cheap laying around.

Funny how i looked up Donnie Darko in advicenators.com to see if some one already ask my question. well i bump into one asking what the movie meant. and you answer ther question pretty well. i understood the movie but what i dont understand is Cherita Chen the character who played a tranfer student from china. what was her reseon in his movie? and how did Donnie help her?

I don't really know. I watched the movie a few months ago, and I don't really remember any asian kids in it. She might not have had a reason, she could've just been there. But I'm not sure.

I personally don't think pirates are real, nor do I think they actually do things, but I guess they're still around. WoahThereBabe said it. There was some huge story on the news about how they hijacked someone's boat. Basically, your friend is right. It's like, the crips or the bloods on a boat claiming & fighting for sea territory.

I'm currently in a relationship with a great guy, and it's been about 8 months now. We're living together.

I have to go away to work for the summer, and so does he; he's in the army reserves. We'll be apart for 3 months, which I was okay with.

This morning, though, he dropped a bombshell on me. Apparently he was asked if he wants to go to Afghanistan to work as a duty officer (it's an on-base job, pretty much staff rotation). We talked it over, and we agreed that it might be a good idea for us. The money will allow us to start our lives together, and it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I just can't get over my sadness at him being gone. He'll be gone for about a year and a half as of September. I'm willing to wait until the end of the earth for him, but I'm still really upset and worried for his safety.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? I guess I just need some words of inspiration to get me through this.

I've been in that position. Like Killerface, my boyfriend was also in the Marines. He went to Iraq for two 6 month periods. The first period isn't even up yet, and he should be home in July.


Although I'm not with him anymore, it was hard. I've had 2 friends go to Iraq & not come home because of death. I was concerned with his safety as well because I was very much untrusting of what has been happening over there.


There was a time when I actually thought he was dead because I didn't hear from him for months. However, he's okay & he'll be home soon. I realize you're worried, but your boyfriend has been trained for these things & he'll be alright. He's strong, well-trained & he knows what he's doing. They don't send them over there knowing nothing, so please don't worry. I'm sure if anything does happen [which I'm sure nothing will] he'll arm himself properly & do what he needs to do to stay alive.


Please also take into mind that you might not always get a phone call. I'm not sure what time zone you live in, but I'm in New York, so I'm in the Eastern Time. Iraq is 8 hours ahead of my time, so depending on where you live, they could be 9, 10 or 11 hours ahead. Because of such a drastic time difference, it'll be harder to call because he's going to forget what time it is where you live & he'll never know whether you're awake or not. But all in all, I'm sure he'll be fine. No worries. =)

They think it's wrong because it goes against what marriage is supposed to be. It goes against the laws of nature, and the bible. It's considered a sin to be homosexual or bisexual & people cannot accept it. The idea of marriage is a man and a women. Not two women, not two men. One man, one woman.


However, I personally disagree with what people think. I'm bi-sexual & I think that same sex marriages are amazing. Love is love, no matter the gender. I wish people could see through that.

ok well i am a virgin and i got my period when i was 10. i am now 13. there has been cancer and diabetes in my family, and my mom has fibroids and she found out less then five years ago. she tells me whenever the subject is mentioned about her wanting me to go to the gynacologist. i feel nervous.. in that cold room, and im in jamaica, and for my orthodontistry they dont do it exactly ight and theyre arent so careful. normal doctors arent so good here.. so i feel nervous.. im scared that when he/she tries to take cells of that he/she will poke to hard and leave me in pain for days. and you know after you pee sometimes you get that disturbing kind of airy feeling in your vagina? i dont wanna get that. and i know ill jump.. and ill know that ill get wet... and will they see if i masturbate? like how could they find out? also... i know about those tongs that spread you ... kind of embarrassing for me because i want to be tight for my first time.. i dont want my doctor stretching me out..and how do i request for a girl doctor? id feel much more comfortable, in jamaica its hard, theyd say sorry no women doctors at the moment.. but no!!! i want a woman doctor!!!!! also... my period.. i have had it for like 3 years or so and well some periods cause so much pain its diarrhea, constipation, light headedness, cravings, tiredness, i have no concentration, i have to stay home from school sometimes. also some periods i get these cramps with soreness in my back and tummy, then like ... exploding shooting pain going from the bottom of the inside of my vagina going to the top of my uterus. it may seem worse than it sounds.. but is it just bad periods or could i have something seriously wrong with me.... i really wanna know how i can achieve what i want... and i really dont want anything bad to happen.. and all i need to add to my miserable life is someone to tell me i have cancer.... im scared, i want to die because of it. also.. everyday i have discharge and some days i can have these big white sticky gooey chunks of it where it is just disgusting. help me!!! i dont wanna have anything wrong happen with my vagina.. id appreciate it a lot more if you help me with everything and possibly more from my question...

When your mom calls the place to set up your first appointment, ask her to tell them you'd like a female doctor. They'll be sure to give you one. They understand the issues with comfort & male doctors, so they can change that for you.


Gynocologists however CANNOT tell that you masturbate. They know when you're not a virgin, but they wouldn't know that you masturbate unless you told them. They're going to ask you lots of questions which you need to answer honestly so they can get to know you better & get their files on you proper.


I doubt there's anything wrong with you because of the way your period is. My period gives me the worst cramps ever. I usually end up throwing up & staying home from school. Sometimes they're so unbearable I pass out. It's best if you ask your gynocologist for a birth control pill so that it'll make your period better for you & ease up some.



Also, you're not going to get cancer. Don't freak out so much. You're worrying so much about things that may not even happen & probably won't happen. By doing this, you're just shocking yourself & setting yourself up for something that won't happen. Discharge is normal. It's always a sign your period is coming. Every girl gets it. In order to prevent it from getting on your panties, wear a pantiliner & change periodically as needed.


Your life isn't miserable & neither is going to the gynocologist. It's normal to be nervous but the level that you're putting it upon is insane. You'll be fine, there's no reason to worry!

I kinda fit in with the scene crowd. I got my hair trimmed up the other day, got some more layers put in it but they're still kinda long. I also got my hairdresser to leave my bangs long. I wash and straighten my hair every morning but it still seems too flat. how can I make it more volumous at the top?? My mum suggested teasing it but I don't really know if that;s the right thing to do and I don't know how to do it properly so it stays in and doesn't fall out within a few minutes.

Any suggestions on volumising the top part and accentuating my layers?

When you go into your photo album, on each photo there will be a Default button, and an Edit button. Click the Edit Button. With that option, you can move it to a new album, give it a caption, & delete it. Press the delete button & you'll be back to your album. Remember, you don't always have to delete your pictures since you can have 300.
