Hello! I am studying esthetics at an Aveda Institute after spending years in retail. I am proof that nothing turns out how you think it will, and that's a good thing. When you think you've got it figured out, you don't. Life would be boring otherwise, right?

No. Not at all. In fact, although I know you can't help it, it is kind of creepy sometimes, when it's someone you don't know all too well or don't like. It's just weird/awkward, especially if you haven't kissed or done anything physical. I try to ignore it.

If it's a boyfriend/husband, whole nother story.

I guess this is mostly for girls, any idea where I can buy those long stretchy tanktops all the girls wear? They're like layered underneath sweatshirts and hoodies. I have ones but they have lace on the bottom, i want like plain edged ones. Thanks guys!

They have extended sizes online, and tend to run pretty big anyway. In other stores, I wear a medium in fitted shirts, small in tight shirts, and at AE it's always an XS if I want it to fit.

Okay so my boyfriend and I were having sex and the condom broke... he never came or anything, but im still scared. I'm not on birth control or anything. He tells me not to worry because he didnt cum, but its there a chance the pre cum can have sperm in it? Should I go take plan B, or just calm down?

Precum does have enough sperm in it to enable conception (and I read that in a college textbook, so it's a pretty reliable source). Some guys have a lot of precum, some don't. Your best option is to take Plan B just in case. Preventative measures don't hurt, as long as you're only taking it once.

I am 20 years old and my BFF turns 21 only 4 months before I do but I really want to go to his party at a bar. I may or may not drink but I at least need ID to get in. I know Fake IDs are wrong but I'm not asking for a lecture about it, my question is how can I get a fake ID? Is there another way to get in without ID? Would it be possible to use someone elses ID that looks similar to me? How well do they look at your picture and do they record the information? You can try to sneak in, but that's not a great idea.

To get a fake ID, you just kind of have to know someone, so ask around...but if you can get an ID for someone who's the same height and the same color hair, that's usually all they check, especially if it's a crowded place.

If you can't figure out the reason why you fight so much, you can't fix it, so yes, you probably should break up. Loving someone is not a reason to stay with them. If you can't handle a breakup, then at least take a break, but it really sounds like you're better off without him.

It's hard to tell without actually knowing her...she could be shy, she could be wanting to wait, she could be wanting you to make the first move...Really, unless you think she'd be comfortable with you like moving her hand so she does,(which most girls would hate) the only thing you can do is talk about it. Because really, if you're not mature to talk about it, you shouldn't be doing it anyway.

My boyfriend and I just had unprotected sex for time (for both of us) last friday. I wasn't on birth control either. My boyfriend bought me this PlanB pill that you're supposed to take within three days after intercourse. I just took it and today is the third day. For the past two-three months, my periods started around the 9th. We had sex on the 16th and I haven't had my period yet.What am I supposed to think of this? Is it just a change in my "time of the month"? Am I late because I had sex? Can you get pregnant within three days? Help?

If you've gotten your period for 2 or 3 months, chances are, you're not pregnant. Plan B can mess with your period, make it come earlier or later or sometimes not at all.

Alright, In June I had gotten the env Touch because my enV 2 had fallen in a lake and gotten lost.
Ever since I got it, it would decied to turn off at random times.

Today -October 15- My phone had turned off when I got off my school bus to go into school. I turned it on, and went to type in my phone unlock code but then realized it wasn't there.
Somehow when my phone shut off, it reseted my internal and external background, banner, and took off my phone lock code.
But everything else was fine.

I though it was just a random screw up in the system since nothing had happened the rest of the day.

Now it's 8:20pm and my phone just did the exact same thing again.
I turned it on and put everything back to normal.
No less then 3 minutes later it turned off and did the same thing again.

I'm not sure whats going on, but I'm going to bring this to my dads attention tomorrow morning.
If I get another enV Touch if the one I have turns out to have problems, is there any way possible I can save the locked texts I have?

I NEED these texts and I NEED proof of who they're from because they are harassment texts from this girl I locked so I can take her to court of they continue. My schoo principal has seen these texts, so he knows who they're from.

If I forward them to my email it wont say they're from this girl. This is why I absolutley NEED to save these texts somehow with proof of the number they're from.

And yes, I have a phone memory card that can switch all my data to a new phone, but it DOES NOT switch texts to the knew phone, I've had many experiences with this.

I read recently that Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize. Well, why was President Obama awarded the Nobel Peace Prize anyway? I understand that it's a very big reward to earn the Nobel Peace Prize but I cannot figure out why they felt Obama deserved it. I mean, he hasn't been in office very long and hasn't really contributed anything to our country yet. We're in a very bad economic state even and we still have a lot of our men overseas. I'm not saying that President Obama doesn't deserve the award though--I'm saying I don't know WHY he earned it. Why did he receive the Nobel Peace Prize? I can't recall anything he's done yet that has been so great to deserve such a thing...

It was supposedly for foreign relations and whatnot, but really, it's more of a political gesture- a gesture of faith, as many people begin to turn on Obama for not immediately solving every problem (not realizing that things like the economy don't have quick fixes and can take years). Maybe he will do something to earn it during his term. Who knows?

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream is amazing. I got a sample of it and loved it- the packaging isn't very impressive but it's really good stuff, keeps your hands very moisturized and soft.

Hello. I'm going to be talking to a manager at Walgreens sometime soon. He'd like to talk to me and possibly set up an interview. I'm writing to ask what kind of positions they would have to offer besides being a cashier, which is the obvious position. I've asked many people just so I can know some things ahead of time, but not many people know. I was hoping one of you atleast has worked at walgreens, or a store similar to it. I'm really wanting to work there, but I was wanting strictly a stock position. Putting things on shelves, organizing things on shelves, etc. Does anyone know if they would have a position like that? I think it would be really fun to do that, it'd go by fast, and I'd be good at that. I don't really wanna be working at a cashier handling money. If anyone can help me please let me know! I worked at Walgreen's for about a year (and hated it).

They don't hire stockers, really. If you're a girl, chances are they'll put you in cosmetics, which does involve a lot of stocking. Otherwise they will train you in both stocking and cashiering, then put you wherever they need you.

Stocking is not just putting things on the shelves, though. You are expected to say "Hi, how are you today? Can I help you find anything?" to every person that comes in that aisle. Which is particularly hard if you are stocking medicine because they'll expect you to know everything...it is kind of frustrating. Cashiering is actually a lot better, it goes much faster...At the interview they will probably ask you what kind of job you are interested in, you can mention it then.

Can you be on the BC pill, BC shot, and use a condom all at once?

I know you can be on the pill and condom, but I'm not sure about the shot, pill, and condom.

Also, what do you think the chances of pregnancy are with all three of these birth control methods?

I don't think you can be on both birth control pills and the shot at the same time. The best way to decrease your chance of pregnancy is to use birth control pills (and take them at the same time every day), spermidical condoms (not the extra-thin kind), have the guy pull out when he comes, and take Plan B if you miss a pill. However, it's obviously still not 100%.

Technically, yes, you could be pregnant, but it's not very likely. Feeling bloated and hungry are just signs of PMS. If possible, get on birth control, it will help you worry less.

guys, how do you feel about a girl who is on the pill and does not want to use a condom. Girls and guys, is that weird for a girl to not want to use a condom? and if you dont mind saying..doesnt it feel better ?

Generally speaking, guys are probably fine with that since most of them don't like using condoms...however it's really not a smart thing to do. Birth control is not 100% effective and it's one less thing to worry about.

Although I didn't used to believe in waiting til marriage, now I wish I had. It leaves something to look forward to, yaknow? I think doing everything but is fine but definitely wait a few months. I don't think it's bad if people have sex before marriage, it's their business and I don't think that makes them a bad person. But if you're going to marry the person (of course there's no way of knowing), then what's the hurry? Of course that's much easier said than done...

I'm 15 years old. I've been with my current boyfriend for 7 months now. We have a slight on and off relationship, but it's been good for a few months now. We are both virgins.
We are in love. There is no doubt about that.
We are 100% open with each other sexually, we have done everything but penetration sex. if something embarrassing happens, it's totally okay, we continue and laugh it off.
Recently, we both really started wanting sex. But I'm TERRIFIED of a condom breaking, and me getting pregnant. Please help me. I'm just so scared. But I really am ready for sex. I can't get on birth control by the way. Any advice

Why can't you get on birth control? If you go to a place like Planned Parenthood, you can get it for free and without your parents ever finding out.

When properly used, condoms are 98% effective. However, in reality, the number is much, much lower, since a lot of things can go wrong. If you're on birth control, it makes the chances of getting pregnant much smaller. If you're as scared as you say you are, maybe you aren't ready. There's really no hurry, you are pretty young, and definitely couldn't handle a baby at your age, right? If you can't get on birth control (and still use condoms and pulling out), I don't recommend having sex at all.

As ashamed as I am too say this, The last time I picked up a book and read the entire thing was 8 years ago.

My question is does anyone know a really good book? Something that isn't a century long lol..

I saw someone suggest "Speak" on another post it sounded very interesting and I will look into that one. However, I like books about reality, Drama, Real life storys not so much romance novels but survival storys or something that someone went through in life. Also if anyone could suggest some really good books related to Anxiety and Depression would be fantastic!

P.S. I have already read all the David Pelzer books.

Running With Scissors by Augusten Borroughs is about something someone went through in life, but it's also the funniest thing I've ever read (in a sick and twisted way, so if you're easily offended, I don't recommend it). The sequel, Dry, is more dramatic and sad and deals more with drugs and alcohol problems.
