I read washing your hair once a day is super bad for it. My hair is quite damaged (I've already switched to SunSilk Hydra TLC and I now use a heat protectant) but I want to see what not washing my hair so much will do for it.
How many days should I go without washing it?
And, what if my hair looks greasy, will that stop when it gets used to not being washed as much?
what i do is wash it every other day. it won't get that oily if you don't wash it for a day. you should also try pantene pro-v for dry/damaged hair, it works really good! well good luck and hope i helped!

When theres cheerleading tryouts for high school..what do they test you on? What types of things do you have to know? Anything else i need to know will help too :]
well some schools might be different. it all depends. you have to be pretty flexable, you HAVE to know how to do a backhandspring in order to make the team. you also have to be able to do the splits, backwalk overs, stuff like that. good luck & hope i helped!

i am 14/f and i have acne.. but not like MAJOR acne but i have some small ones and when i eat some certain foods like junk food and fried and hot foods, i get bigger pimples, what are some good treatments or face washes? or zit cream for the bigger pimples?
try proactiv. also dont eat so much junk food! subsitute junk foods. instead of cookies, eat fresh fruit. instead of icecream, try frozen yougurt. also try baked chips instead of fried chips, they make baked chips into doritoes, cheetoes, and that kinda stuff. good luck and hope i helped!

this question is completely serious,
i have these bumps on my butt. yes my butt. they are like red bumps kind of like mosquito bites, but they dont itch. they hurt a little if i scratch them or push on them though. does anyone have any clue as to what this could be?
theyre just butt pimples, almost everyone gets them. they are caused by tight fitting underwear. if you want to get rid of them, wear loose-fitting cotton underwear, and dont wear a thong. good luck and hope i helped!

I need to know how to make my hair wavy.My hair is long-ish,layered,and I have sidebangs,if that makes any difference.

well you could scrunch it. when you get out of the shower towel-dry your hair then get gel and take some hair and kind of bunch it up in your fist. or you can take a shower the night before school and when you get out towel-dry your hair and french braid it to get waves on the top or just braid it in mini-braids. good luck and hope i helped!

How can I make myself appear idle on AIM?

i don't know if this would work for your macintosh computer, but its worth a try. on your buddylist where the notebook for the away messages is, press Setup then Preferences. then click the second little box that says 'dim buddies after they have been idle for 20 minutes' and where the 20 is, change that to a ten. and whenever you're away from your computer for 10 minutes, then you will be idle!

ok i just started to use a tampon. and i did it and it didn't hurt which was good.but it was a little weird..annyways..when its time to switch.is it supposed to hurt??and i wore it during school and during period 4 ( 3 or 4 hours into the day) it was like about to come out.the was "stuff" on my pad( i put just in case)

okay, so ever since I was little i loved doritoes and cheetos. Now, the thing is that evertime I eat Doritoes or cheetos something strange happens to my tounge. My tounge gets 'erosions' or something in them and sometimes a white circle around the erosion. Can anyone tell me what this is, or how to prevent it or cure it?

i have this same problem! this might sound a little crazy, but since your getting older your tounge usually becomes 'raw' and whenever you eat junkfood like that, little white circles form. do they hurt? because if they do, then use some canker sore stuff even if you don't have a canker sore. the stuff is called Kanka and you can buy it at drug stores like walgreens, riteaid, etc. otherwise, they should go away in a few days.
