Crest whitestrips, or other kinds of teeth whitening kits you can get at the drugstores, or you can buy Orbit whitening gum and chew a couple of pieces and a day, and after a week or so, you'll start noticing the difference. And of course, going to the dentist and they can really clean your teeth up good. I would also try maybe doing some chores around the house, saving up a bunch of money and going to the dentist to get your teeth whitened. I'm not sure how much it would cost you, so whenever you go to the dentist, ask them how much it costs at their place, or where you can go to get your teeth whitened more. I hope I helped. MummuM answered Friday September 8 2006, 1:34 pm: I suggest going to a dentist. They'll be able to clean your teeth for you. I'm sure they'll be able to get the yellow and brown stain(s) out.
Also, you know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference. ♥ [ MummuM's advice column | Ask MummuM A Question ]
Volleyball2150 answered Friday September 8 2006, 11:05 am: yeah, just like the other advicenator said. Go to the dentist. They'll tell you how to take care of it and what you have to do. They'll probably send up an expert to do your teeth so they're much whiter.
