how to get wavy hair/diffusers

Question Posted Tuesday September 12 2006, 8:48 pm

I need to know how to make my hair wavy.My hair is long-ish,layered,and I have sidebangs,if that makes any difference.
I like how my hair looks when I let it air dry,but dont have time in the morining before school to do that.I'd rather use sprays,gel,shampoo ect. than a diffuser.
but does anyone know if a diffuser is easier or works better?
If a diffuser doesn't work,what kind of hair products ciuld I use to make my hair wavy?

thanks =D

well you could scrunch it. when you get out of the shower towel-dry your hair then get gel and take some hair and kind of bunch it up in your fist. (use a lot of gel) sorry if that sounds confusing, i really don't know how to explain it really good so you can go here: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

or you can take a shower the night before school and when you get out towel-dry your hair and french braid it to get waves on the top or just braid it in mini-braids. good luck and hope i helped!

There are many hair products on the market for curly/wavy hair.

You said you have longish hair. I'd recommend a curling mousse, then, so that it won't weight your hair down. Just run it into your hair with your fingers, then flip your head over (upside down, I guess) and put mousse in the back. Scrunch it while your head is upside down, then just flip back up. Your hair should show a lot more curl than usual.
