my friend is in trouble

today i found out that my friend might be belimic and annorexic. i dont want her to hurt herself. i was thinking that i should tell the school counselor and maybe that would help... is this a good idea ? i really am worried about her.




also, she just started so i think i can help her ahead of time.

An awesome idea would be to tell he parents before you tell the guidence counselor. If they don't believe it, tell them you're still going to talk to the gc. It's good that she just started so that it's easier to quit. Belimia and Annorexia are DISEASES that can KILL, and it's also like a drug, you can get addicted to hurting yourself so easily. So act fast. :0)

no, its a horrible idea. beacuse you stated that she 'might' be bulemic or anorexic, therefore, you dont know that its true. you might end up spreading a nasty rumor.

That is a very good idea. If she can stop before she gets really into it she will be so much better off.

Anyway you look at it you would be doing the right thing telling an adult who can get her help.

Be strong though because she may be mad at you for a while. She will get over it though and you won't have a sick (or worse) friend. :)
