Ok this might see weird but when I played basketball my coach was the same way but with a little more problem. See I had a teacher who had a boyfriend who was going out with my bball coach. Ok, I just started doin' volleyball again after about two weeks of school volleyball being over. But I noticed my first practice that I started to thin up and my stomach muscles started to hurt real bad. And this morning when I woke up ((I had practice yesterday for 2 hours)) and my sides were trimmed. And I did school volleyball for two months and never had this effect. And I don't think they're workin me harder than in school, ((we were the champions of our county)) Is this normal? I like that its happening, but if it's because of something unhealthy i need to know!

I recently babysat for one of my husband's coworkers for a few days. After seeing a few warning signs, I'm beginning to think that the children are not being taken care of and that she may be abusing them.
This woman brings the children out in freezing weather with no jackets. She drops them off with no supplies. The children don't appear to have been bathed. They have severe, untreated diaper rash which leads me to think they're not being changed like they should. I've also noticed bruises on one of the children. It could be from bumping something, but from the look of the bruises I suspect the child was hit. When I feed them, they act like they haven't been fed in a while.
I've tried talking to her, but she told me it was none of my business. I'm worried what might happen if I don't do something. Should I call social services and report my suspicions?

It all started when I put on my away message “ YOUR DUCH A DUMB FUC* HAPPY ONE YEAR” and my ex-boyfriends girlfriend saw it. That away message was to my ex boyfriend lets call him *jack” jack and I went out for 7months and it was our one year anniversary 11.06.05 so that’s why I put an away message like that.
His girlfriend lets call her “Jane” she saw my away message and got really pissed and sent me an email on my space. It was saying that if I don’t get over jack that I’m going to get jumped pretty much so I thought we settled everything but I thought wrong. My friend lets call her “Jen” she rides the bus with me and she has been telling me that Jane is getting a petition going around and seeing who hates me. This is really true she’s not lying I over heard Jane talking about it.
Jane now has 40 people on the petition so 40 people so far hate me. How do I handle her? Should I fight her, leave it alone, talk to her, or make a petition of who hates Jane? But I think its immature she’s doing this so I don’t want to be immature. She’s 16 by the way and I’m 14.

I need some advice on frying. When I try to fry whatever food, it comes out greasy and not crispy. Either it is overdone, or it is underdone. It doesn't matter if it is a chicken, homemade french fries, potatoes, you name it I screw it up somehow. I have been trying for a long time, I just can't seem to figure out how to get it right. I use Olive Oil, Canola Oil, any regular frying oil. I try to keep the oil and about 350 degrees and I don't add too much food to the oil to lower the temp drastically. I do not know if it my technique or if it is the oil I am using. Any advice or tips would help greatly.
I am 13. And I DO cook. I know why this is happening. You simply add to much greese. When you take the product out of the pan put a paper towel down on the plate or surface that helps drain greese.

i just got a new laptop and im giving my old pc to my computer. I want to delete EVERYTHING off of it so it is like a new computer. I've done this before with this "Restore CD" for my e-Machine computer except this time its not working. So now everytime i turn it on it just says "A disk read error occured Press cntrl+alt+delete to restart. I did that on it already and the saME thing keeps coming up. Theres so cd's in the drives so i dont know why its doing this! So can someone tell me what to do about the message and then tell me how to delete everything on my computer? My Computer did the SAME thing. It turns out it was a virus and I had to get rid of my computer cause It fried it... If you want to take a second choice call the computer company and ask them if they will send you another disk. Sorry bout that.

Well I was talking to him one day about my grandmother and how she was coming down from her city which is about a 6 hour drive away to see my appartment for the first time. While anyways, after telling him this he said quote " and how is grandma doing"? I thought this was strange since he isnt even my boyfriend to refer to her as "grandma" instead of "your grandma". Ok, what are some good topics to give a speech on that will reach the 'hearts minds and souls of your fellow students'. I'm really tryin to think of a topic that will appeal to ALL of the audience (in this case grades 9 to 12), but I cant seem to think of anything that isnt cliche and I dont want to do that. Does anyone know something? I wont talk about rape or child abuse or something because its not really something direct to reach people with. Or how the media influences kids. They'll all be like 'Uh no, whats that got to do with us?' Do you get what I'm saying? And no one is a rapist or has been raped, so, you know, I want something they'll actually listen to, something actually worth talking about. Please help me!
