My body Ok, I just started doin' volleyball again after about two weeks of school volleyball being over. But I noticed my first practice that I started to thin up and my stomach muscles started to hurt real bad. And this morning when I woke up ((I had practice yesterday for 2 hours)) and my sides were trimmed. And I did school volleyball for two months and never had this effect. And I don't think they're workin me harder than in school, ((we were the champions of our county)) Is this normal? I like that its happening, but if it's because of something unhealthy i need to know!

The reason you don't hurt anymore is because your use the "workout" now i bet if you work 2x what your working now your body would hurt but this is normal and your body isjust use to the workout ]
