When you put on eyeliner on your bottom eyelid,do you put it above or below your eyelashes? Also, what kind of eyeliner should i use? liquid or pencil? what brand?

OMG I get soo pissed when i think about it! WEll, see first of all i wanna gain weight. Like I'm 103 pounds which i think is liek sooo underweight ccuz i think im like 5'3''...like i don't know if anyone remembers in the movie mean girls...but those bars that make you gain weight... well i was soo going to get that but my mom said NO like she says i am at a good weight...! My friend has a 15 year old older brother who is having a house party. My friend has invited me and some other people we are friends with to go. I really want to go but if I did then I would have to lie to my parents. The plan is that I would go to my friend's house and tell my parents I was sleeping over then my friend's mother would drop us off at the party, we would tell her that we were just hanging out with our friend. We would go to the party and then my friend's mother would come and pick us up and take us back to her house and I would sleep over at her's.
