Okay, first let me say I'm going to be 17 in a week.
I've been friends with this one girl for the majority of both our lives. We used to go trick or treating every year, and she's going to want to go again this year, whereas I feel I'm too old, and I don't want to go. I know I need to tell her I don't want to go and not just make excuses, but something in me doesn't think she'll understand that I just don't want to walk around in a costume, yelling "TRICK OR TREAT" for candy.
I mean, I LOVE sugar. Seriously, I do - but I'm sick of trick or treating. How do I tell her I don't want to do this without hurting her feelings? 'Cause I know it's gonna bother her. Our friendship is sort of dwindling...sucks, but true. She's 17 too, by the way. Thanks in advance for the help.

just tell her that u still wanna hang out with her... but u think ur getting 2 old. find a party, go 2 a haunted house/trail, go 2 a freaky movie or have a couple friends over and rent scary movies... that 2 me is wayy fun even though i love candy 2... dosent mean u cant get ne.... or do something devious (like me and my friends would do) tp ur enemy's house (trust me its not illegal) and do something u both will remember... u can still dress up though! i'm 16 and i havent been trcik or treating for 2 years and i still dress up every year! just cuz its halloween! Okay see I like this guy..alot. We talk on the fone almost everyday and sometimes we talk at school. My friends asked him if he liked me but they wont tell me what he said. So i asked him myself and he sed that he likes me in the middle 50% like 50% just friends. I want an yes or no answer from him tho nd i want him to say yes! what can I do?

my friend gave me a note to give to another friend...and i forgot to. Later that night i remember the note was in my pocket so i did a bad thing and read it. In the note she talked about how she wants to kill herself and about how she is thinking about slitting her wrisits! what should i do! if i tell my friend she`ll be furious that i invaded her privacy...but if i dont....who knows what could happen!

awwwww... ur poor friend! well i def. thnink u should talk 2 the friend that the note was supposed 2 go 2...because if it was me i wouldnt want my friend who gave me the note 2 give 2 the other friend thinking i was nosy by reading her note. so talk 2 her about it and be like well she was worried and she asked me about it sooo u guys should both talk 2 her togther. dont judge her but listen tell her how much u guys and ever1 cares about her. tell her u love how she makes u laugh and u are so jealous of her killer wordrobe. let her know that u r worried about her and u would die if ne thin ever happened. if it gets realy super serious... tell her parents... even f she gets mad at u... its better then having her die and knowing u could have stopped it. shes probably just insecure.... so let her know how awesome she is! g/l!!!

oHHH... unluckily not. since ur 16 like me were considered underage. u have 2 be at least 18 to do it without parental consent. but 1st make sure ur pregnent. go with a friend down 2 a local pregnency place and they'll test u 4 free (without ur parents knowing that) but if ur pregnent r u sure u really wanna have an abortion? theres lots of other options for u without killing a baby. i'm really sorry though that this is happening cuz i kno its every teenage girls nightmare! uGhh! i hope all goes well and ur ok! ask me ne thing if u need 2!

ooohhh theres these one things that u can get from any drugstore! wal-mart, target, walgreens etc.... in he nail section and its like a little tub thing with a red spongey thing in it. u dip ur finger in it and twirl it around and whaam its off! sorry i dont have 1 right now.... so i dont know what its called bu if u look.. i'm positive u will find it hun! hope i helped ya!

Ok .. i SUCK at cooking.. i try SO hard to bake cookies, cakes, and brownies but i cant they taste soo bad!! idk wat to do.. PLEASE HELP!

LoL.. i used 2 suck 2... but then i just totally practiced alot this summer. i had a babysitting job where i had 2 cook 2 sometims even 3 meals a day 4 the kids so with all that practice it made me waaay better. i know what u mean though. the kids wouldt even eat my food at first i was so bad! just read the directions super carefully and u can even take cooking classes if ur super interested! every1's bad when they first start out... and maybe desserts just arent ur best thing... try cooking spaghetti or somethin! hope i helped!

Ok so I am 13 years old and I want to start babysitting. I'm not sure if there are laws on how old you have to be (I live in England.) Is 13 old enough? How would I go about it?

hEy! well.... theres definately no laws on babysitting ages... it just whenever u and the parents think u r mature/responsible enough to handle children. i just moved 2 a new neighborhood in june and i babysat like crazy in my old neighboorhood and i wanted 2 get the word out that i babysat so i put flyers around in my neighbor's mailboxes telling them i was an experienced 16 year old who was great with kids, flexible hours etc.... so i would try 4 that! i got a full time babysitting job from the flyers and this summer made over $2,500 bucks in babysitting (not including my other lifegurading job!) sO go 4 it! also in my community... they offer babysitting classes that i took and they were short 1 hour classes for 5 nights and parents really appreciated that i took those and made them trust me!! but i dont know.. cuz i live in the u.s. bUt.. i HoPe i HeLpEd yA ouT! gOOd lUck!

I just found out from my friends that I am going to Homecoming with them, which is next saturday! my family's budgit is very low and we can't afford to buy a brand new dress. hEy! well... cUte dress by the way! LoL! i would definately either put some silver/pink rhinestones on the dress to jazz it up a bit. Either put them on the neckline or around the flower. and also wear a new necklace or earrings to make it look even hotter.... and if u wanted 2 get it altered... then i would maybe cut of the sleeves and make it a strapless... at my homecoming this year... all of the girls wore strapless dresses and there really in right now... so you could maybe have ur mom do that if u didnt want to spend the money... just make sure the dress is tight enough to stay on first! And get a corsage 2.… u can simply just make one by stringing some flowers on a pin or u can make a tight wrist one 2! (drop 1 in my box if u want more details) bUUUt… have a suuuper good time at homecoming! (its SoOo fUn!) and let me know FoR sUrE what u end up doing with ur dress!

YeA.... for sure. well sort of 18 year olds are considered legal and 13 year olds are considered underage. its only illegal if they have sexual relations... but i would suggest waiting till the 13 year old is legal... people get in lots of trouble for it!

hEy! yEa.. i Toatlly know what u mean about that because when i got my cartildige pierced... i aksed about 50 people which side to get it on so i'm not known as a lesbian. most of them told me left so i got it done on the left. but then a couple weeks later.... i got my right pierced too! and it looked totally fine! most of my friends have both cartilidges pierced ne ways! so my advice for you... get the right side pierced... or just ignore the gay rumors... i mean who knew that "getting a piercing on a certain side" would mean whether ur straight or not? haha i Hope i helped ya out!

hEEy! well... i take a class called child devolpment... and in our text book it says that the best age 2 have a child is betewwn the ages of: 17-34... but basically... i believe that before you have a child.. u should make sure ur financially secure. so u can afford the baby... and remember that ur "shopping sprees" will totally minimize too. and that ur emotionally secure for this 2... and they should probably have an established carrer and most likely they would want 2 be out of school. children are a huge responsibilty so when i want to start having kids is maybe around 25ish... because as awesome as they are u have 2 remember that there gonna be with u 4eeevr! and i think 25.. ur mature enough and rEaDy!

I just heard of a friend that if you cut your pubic hairs it heightens the chance of getting lice down there. This has shocked me because I myself cut them because of their length, and I am getting concerned about this. I was wondering if anyone knew any information about this, or any good sites where I could find out some information. Im totally flippin out about this lol. I'm a 17 year old male by the way. Because Joy and Lisa are her sisters, Jason is her brother, Jonathan, Julie, Michael, and Emily are her cousins (Emily is me) and Jaquelene is her daughters name so we don't want to have any kids with the same name in our family. She's not that great at naming. She was gonna name her daughter Fern. I'm sorry if you're name is Fern but honestly, a fern is a plant. A flower is MUCH prettier than Fern. I like this guy and I've liked him for a year now. At the beginning we both loved eachother but we didn't go out. then he lost feelings for me and 'fell in love' with another girl. he went out with the girl and hes extremley sad because she broke up with him. I'm always there for him, i talk to him when i can and try to make him happy. I love him but he doesn't know. And if he knows that I love him he'll tell me that 'i need to move on because we can't have nothing together' or he'll tell me 'good-bye forever then'...and then that has me depressed. I have this problem where everything i wear must match. I wont wear somthing if it doesnt match perfectly. It takes me forever to get dressed. Is this bad? If so does anyone know how i can stop?
