I went to a private school until this year and everyone was pretty religious and conservative.

Now I go to public school and I have a LOT of more socially liberal friends that I get along with better in a lot of ways. At private school, I was the "weird one." Now I'm not. At all.

Sometimes I can hang out with my old buddies and it's fun, but then a topic like homosexuality comes up and I'm surrounded by people who disagree with me.

I just feel like I'm being pulled in different directions by people who want different things from me.

I miss my old friends, I love them, I grew up with them, but I feel like I'm just too different to really be that close now. I don't know how I can balance my new and old friends, not really time-wise, but in my own mind.

Please help. People who do not write in complete sentences need not answer. If all you have to say is "balance your time," forget it. If you had read, you'd have realized it wasnt about that at all.

i go to private school and i also am the "weird" one because i dont always do what im told or believe what im "supposed" to. if you have opinions that are different, u can avoid the topic all together or not oppose as strongly.if you and your old buds are really close, your opinion on homosexuality shouldnt change things. dont let anyone pressure your personal opinion.

Theres this girl who is my ex best friend. I HATE her now. She does anything and everything to piss me off. I can not stand this girl!! I mean she will ruin me, I want to basically like ruin this girls life because of all the things shes put me through. What do I do to make her know that she better keep away from me and not to push me too far?!?

this is a stupid question but i'll ask it anyway. What should you tell a guy if he ask you if you're a virgin? Evereyone is telling me different. some of my male friends tell me that you should defenetly tell them that your a virgin because all guys like the girls to be like pure and clean and stuff (i dont know, thats what they tell me) and that if your a virgin they will like you more because it will be like a big deal for them..you know, to get a virgin to lose her virginity is big, it will make them proud of them selves or something. And some of my friends tell me that they always go for girls that lost their virginity already because that would make them more experienced and stuff.And it will make the sex better.. And that it wont be as gross as having sex with a virgin..I dont know im soo confused! I dont want the guy to think that im a slut! but should i tell him that ive already done it so he likes me more? please don tell me to tell him the truth! tell me the truth, what do most guys like? what is the difference between foundation, concealer, and powder. and are u supposed to use all three at once (i have acne) and i rate 5's

*foundation evens out your skintone
*concealer-some kinds work on acne, most are for undereye circles
*powder gets rid of shine or oil
i would not recommend wearing any of those if u have acne. it will only make it worse (trust me!)

my friend is depressed. she always tells me her problems and itold her to get therapy bcuz it helps and ive been through it. but after i tell her this she always says "see thats why i cant count on you. you never help me with my problems" she always makes me feel so guilty. How can i help her?

well sometimes people just want sympathy and understanding, not so much real help. when someone has a problem they turn to friends because a consuler isnt always the most appealing option and they dont offer sympathy.. so if its something u cant help her with, tell her its ok and just let her vent or talk about it if it helps.

i have the worst time getting up in the morning. I fall asleep around ten and TRY to wake up at 6:30. my alarm will go off, ill wake up, but then i go back to sleep till 7:15 and miss the bus. Can anybody help me wake up better in the morning?

well, u could set your alarm across the room so u have to get up and moving to turn it off then take a shower to fully wake you up. luck!

I am going on a date tomorrow night...and I just broke out on my forehead and nose! The ones on my forehead aren't that bad, but I would still like to get rid of them. The one on my nose is pretty obvious, however. I have been using the clearasil ultra (that's supposed to get rid of acne in 3 days) about 5 times a day, but it isn't working! Help please I want to look good for my boyfriend (b/c I want to get my first kiss maybe tomorrow)!

dont overwash or use too much of that stuff, it will just make it worse. since this is tomorrow, you should find a coverup if u want to make them disappear temporarily and dont worry about it, it wont help.

Tonight I'm going with a few friends to see a scary movie. My boyfriend is going to try to come behind his parents back to go with me. This one guy that I know who really really likes me is also going, and I kinda like him. What should I do because I'd rather cuddle with my guy friend than my boyfriend. Help!!

well this is an interesting situation. save your boyfriend the trouble of going behind his parents back and let him go so u wont be cheating on him. hope i helped!
