idk if this question fits this category but whatever! i have the worst time getting up in the morning. I fall asleep around ten and TRY to wake up at 6:30. my alarm will go off, ill wake up, but then i go back to sleep till 7:15 and miss the bus. Can anybody help me wake up better in the morning?

Well i also have this problem except i go to bed at 1 am or 12 am lol and gotta wake up at 6:20am
Because i know its hard for me to get up so i wake up early so that i can prentend sleep as i like to call it then around 6:35 my mom wakes me up so maybe you should like ask your mom to help wake you up
or dad or whoever. Also its better if you wake up early that way if you fall asleep your mom can wake you up at 6:30 ]
when u wake up, no matter how tired you feel , go wash your face, it will wake you up. also, try going to bed earlier.

Set one alarm for 6:30 and place it next to your bed.Then set another alarm for 6:45 and set it on the other side of your room, that way even if u fall back asleep after turning off the first alarm, having to get up to turn off the other one will make u usually decide to just get up entirely.always works for me:-)

I've been told I smack that alarm before it even gets going good! Know how you feel.
The only thing that gets me up is moving the clock to where I have to get out of bed to shut it off. Hope that helps some. ]
Try puttin your alarm clock across the room, that way to shut it off you have to get outta bed! Hope that helps. Please rate! ]
OK, put the alarm on the other side of your room and make it sound really anoying so that u have no choice but 2 get out of bed 2 turn it off. Also, try not 2 go to bed SO late. Go like 1/2 hr to 1hr earlier. ]
Try falling asleep a little earlier. If that doesn't work out then put your alarm clock across the room so to turn it off you have to get up. Then, once you are up splash your face with cool water. Hope that works and you start making the bus! ]
hey! try going to bed around 930 . That will probably work. You could also ask your mom (or dad) to come wake you up. ANd if you still dont wake up (like cant get moving) take a QUICK shower!! X o Michelle ]
well, u could set your alarm across the room so u have to get up and moving to turn it off then take a shower to fully wake you up. luck! <3 ]
You just have to force yourself to do it for a while, then it will become natural (or at least it works for me). ]
Try eating breakfast. Put a poptart by your bed in the morning cuz breakfast helps some people wake up and get outta bed. -trix

Well, Ive come to find out that when people get less sleep, theyre not as tired in the morning when they get up. So the can get up easier. Although its not all tha healthy, it has worked for me and a few friends that Ive talked to about it. But sometimes, for some people, getting more sleep helps a lot of people too. But to much sleep and not enough sleep isnt healthy. So try both ways and see how it works out for you and get back to me and tell me how everything goes, if you can. ]
Drink coffee! Or splash your face with some cold water. Or even just take a shower. That always wakes me up!

what you need is a modivater! see my boyfriend now picks me up for school so i want to get up so maybe tell ur parents to punish you if you miss the bus. because if u dont then when you get older you wont be able to keep a job then you wont be able to pay your bills just think of that. ok hope i helped!

You, my friend, need to have your alarm go off louder, and louder, and louder, until the sound drill sinto, your freaking, head!! A cell phone, for example. When it goes off I punch the snooze button, and it repeatedly goes off every minute until I get up! ^^ If that doesn't work, try 9 instead of ten

well i go to bed round 6:0 and wake up round 5:55 every mornig but u could try to put your alarm clock on the other side of your room that way you have to wake to stop it and u'll wake up . . orr .you could take a shower in the morning that always wakes me up! good luck! =) x0x ]
You should probably tell your mom or a sibling to wake you up, after your alarm goes off. Then to not fall back asleep, try rinsing your face with cold water or take a shower. If you drink anything with sugar or caffine before you go to bed, stop because this is causing you to fall back asleep. You can also try drinking coffee when you wake up. Try going to bed earlier too. All of these things should help you wake up in the morning.
