The way to start a petition is simple. You need a sheet of paper to write it on, and then just obtain signatures. I made one in an attempt to bring down the weight of class participation on grades... Anyways, here's the steps.
1. Date. Date the time you started the petition, and the time you ended it.
2. Write down your cause. Say "We, the undersigned, believe", and explain exactly what you believe. This would be pledge of allegiance and stuff.
3. After the petition mission is written, start numbering lines for signatures. 50 is a good number to start with, and then increase it be double each time you reach the goal (100, 200, 400, 800, 1600). At 1600, you probably are good to submit it.
4. Attend public events, and obtain signatures from people there. Attend churches and attempt to obtain the signatures at them as well. Go pretty much anywhere to get them. They come quicker than you think. Just ask someone if they'd be willing to sign a petition to (Insert what you want here)
5. Get others involved in the process. Power in numbers=More signatures
6. Submit the petition to the government, be it your school, your town, or whatever you want. Remember that the higher up you go in power, the more like something will be done, yet you will need a substantial number of signatures (School is probabably 400-800, Town is 1600-2400, State is 100,000-200,000, Federal is around a million.)
7. Wait for a result. Make sure to bother them a lot for an answer.

I'd take a shot at it. You miss every shot that you take, so if you just dream all night, I can guarentee you that he'll never say yes. Besides, dreaming about lost hopes happens to cause a lot of depression. You don't want depression, so it would be better for you to try it, just so you get you mind off it.
Yet, if you want someone who likes you for you, I suggest that you try doing a blind relationship. You need to meet someone in a way that they don't see you. This can be through phone, IM, or E-Mail. Do not give your picture or anything else to this person. It will allow the person to get to know you, and eventually ask you out. They will like you for you, and only you. Then you meet them and stuff...

Well, you don't know how much he initially had, right? So, assign that "X". He subtracts $25 for 8 weeks. That's from the initial value of x. So, it's X-25(8). After that was done, he had $1623 left in his account. That is the result of the operation. X-25(8)=1623. That's the hard part.

You need to think for a while on what are your problems, and why do they make you feel depressed. Then, you need to come up with solutions for each problem.
Depression is a side-effect. I never saw depression as a problem, it just results because of multiple causes. Eliminate the causes, and you no longer have depression.

A lover is one who will worry about the girl's needs, not his own. You want her, no doubt. However, you also know that she wants another boy. She would be more happier with that boy than you, just because it is what she wants. If that's the case, you support her decision. Let her know that she should go with that boy. You should try to encourage her and boost her confidence. You need to let her know that she needs to take risks to get anywhere in life, and that she should make a reasonable attempt at getting a boyfriend. Let her know that if she does not try to get a boyfriend, she will never have one.
With her going with you places when you are with your boyfriend, let her know that you honestly do not care if she makes out with him, you just wouldn't mind. (Note: Of course you WOULD care, it would be used in exaggeration...) Invite her to another movie, and if she declines for such a reason, explain to her that you want her to go for her own enjoyment, and that believing she'd become intrusive is no excuse.

If you are going to be 13, then you are underage. You should not be on this site to begin with, due to federal laws. I'd advise that you delete this question due to that.
However, I would listen to your parents. You are too young for a serious enough relationship, and it is just puppy dog love. You want to have a much better relationship, and that doesn't happen at 13. 13 is 2 weeks and a breakup. I'd wait and make it more special. Like at 15 or 16.

Hello! If you want to cheer him up, usually the best way is to confort him with the issues he already has. Let him know that you are there for him if he needs you, and any time he needs you.
However, most people who are like this constantly are beyond your aid. There is a disorder called Major Depressive Disorder, which I think I cans ay your boyfriend probably has. They cannot handle most problems, and it leads them to believe that their lives are terrible. Usually, you want to take these people to a psychologist. I'd advise it.

You're going through changes whether you notice it or not. I was an early bloomer, I started in 4th or 5th grade. However, most men do not start until 7th grade, your present year. It goes until 17 or 18. Just wait. You are the norm, maybe a tiny bit slow. You will change in about a week or two.

Heredity. There are genes for every attribute, such as size breasts and stuff that distinguishes a girl as pretty. They hide in one generation, and show up in the next. That's why some things skip a generation.

Breast cancer is generally detected if you can feel a hard lump in or on your breast. And yes, you can be 13 and get it. Go see a doctor, they'll help.

I'd say about a month. Then you know the person enough, and it's about time you showed some affection.

I am going to try and answer as best as I can, although this is one of the questions that I am a bit shocked about, as it is really rare...
First, he definately should take up full time residence with you. He is the responsible father, and for any good parentage, he must constantly be there. Ask your parents.
Amy will feel left out, as all firstborn do. I felt left out when my sister was born, and it ALWAYS happens. To deal with this, you need to work on them both, making sure that they get close to equal attention. Naturally, give what's necassary to the second, but try to spend as much time as possible with Amy. If the child hates Tommy, it happens. Just let it be, as siblings do hate each other.

I don't like the idea of living in a playhouse because the children NEED a good enviorment. It may not supply the best enviorment in a playhouse, like it would be missing heat, quality of life, etc. It would be more like living in a Teepee...
And my advice on birth and the last days of pregnancy is to just remember that you should go on the medication to aide you, and any offered, as people have died without it.
