I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

I have 15 tattoos, and 8 piercings. I'm married and just gave birth to a baby boy in May. I'm currently a SAHM so you can find me taking care of my son and binge-watching television while he naps.

Alright, so I'm going to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time EVER sometime this week, and I'm a little nervous.

1) How long will it take?

2) How do they do it?

3) On a scale one to ten, ten being highest, how bad did it hurt for you the first time?

4) What age did you start getting yours waxed/plucked, etc?

5) How often will I need to get them redone or whatever?

Plz help, I'm a little confused, and really nervous.

I just got mine waxed for the first time in June. I've usually been using other ways to get my eyebrows the way I want them, but I decided to try waxing out.

For one, it'll take about 5 minutes, possibly 10. So it's real quick. They put wax onto your eyebrow, then put the paper & apply & pull. It doesn't hurt that bad, I'd say about a 5. But pain is different for everyone, so it could tickle you. I just got mine done, and I'm 16, but I first started doing my eyebrows around 13-14. Depending on how quick your hair grows back, maybe every month & half or so.

I was nervous my first time too, but I got over it, and now I'm fine. =)

okay so about a week ago this guy fingered me, and afterwards he jacked off to himself.afterwards maybe a couple hours later he fingered me again. i don't think he washed his hands after he jacked off so could this mean that i may be pregnant?

Don't freak out though. Stress can cause your period to delay itself. Wait until your period gets here & if you miss it, get a test.

Ok I was just wondering, what should I do when my boyfriend starts to makeout with me? I mean I am 14 years old and he is 15. He has had many girlfriends and he is my second BF, What should I do?

I found our that my boy friend had chatted with his ex ex ex online, and i cannot confront because it was not a noble way how i found out (snooping). she was telling him that she just broke up with her guy, and she asked about me, like how serious we are, whether there is potential for long term... my boy friend said, potenital-yes in many areas, but he has concerns on things- I'm young, and we dont always communite very well, he feels that he has to explain things to me a lot, but he is ok doing this for now,not sure if it will be an issue in the long term. :(

and then she asked him what went wrong between them in their past relationship....and they both realized they still miss each other!!!!! and apparent they felt a lot for each other when they were together, but she was here temporarily for a period of time, and had to go back to where she's from (another country) eventually.....so they didnt work out due to the long distance, and they felt like their relationship was unfinish and if she could be in the states, the relationship would be worked out ( even in a long term sense).....
she even suggested that, if things dont work out with me, they should go on vacation to somewhere together and see each other, he said deal, and he said he misses her and wants to see her again.

i mean...they have not seen each other for 3-4 years. and they dont talk often as far as i know. i understand i may not be the most significant girl to him, but did not expect that he would still feel so much for her, misses her and want to see her still (when i feel like we are gernally happy together).

Aww, don't take this offensively, but I'm sorry that your boyfriend's a jackass.

Whether you were snooping or not, there is absolutely NO reason for him to make that type of deal with his EX girlfriend. She's an ex for a reason, and she needs to stay that way.

Tell your boyfriend that you were being a snoop [although he'll be upset] & you found the conversation. Tell him you don't approve of the things that were said & it helped you a lot.

He's going to get upsrt & see your snooping as a sign of mistrust, but you actually have a reason not to now. He hasn't done anything with her, but talks like that should be done with when you're with someone else.

So all in all, confront him, confess your snooping & have a long talk about where your relationship is headed because before he can evaluate things with someone, he needs to evalute things with himself, and you.

Well today I was at the mall waiting for my dad to come pick me up since i was done with work. This cute guy approaches me and asks me if im waiting for him and I said no, i'm waiting for my dad.He was really cool and asked if we could talk sometime. I said maybe. He asked me for my number and i didnt give it to him. So he offered me his number and I took it down. As he started walking away he said he would be waiting for my call. When should I call him? Should I wait a couple of days before I call him. Im really shy and I dont know what to say to him. Would it be better if I texted him from my cell first? Help

I would say text him first. Text him until you're comfortable to talk on the phone, and then call him.

My grandma died about six years ago now.
I loved her so much, and I miss her SO much if I think about it too much I'll be balling soon.

Recently (june 16, 2007) a kid from my school died. My best friend and I werent very good friends with him in highschool, it was mainly middle school that we have memories. But none the less, it hurts so bad, and I'm watching his tribute video they played at his funeral, and its just not fair. I still cant believe it, why him? He has such a future ahead of him in sports, he was amazing. I just dont understand.
And I dont know why I feel so close to him, because if it hurts me this bad, if a friend I was really close to died, I would be a huge wreck.

What am I supposed to do?

I'm 16, and my friend just died about a month ago, or maybe a little over that. Anyways, he was 18 & going to graduate not even 2 weeks after his death, but his life was robbed.

I'm not exactly sure how old your friend was, but no matter how old they were, it's going to hurt. It always will. Death isn't an easy thing to overcome, and yeah, it'll take a while. Personally, what's been helping me is music. Whenever I get sad, I listen to music because whether or not someone is there for you, music always will be. If that doesn't help, write in a journal or an online diary. Vent your feelings, scream your heart out, cry. Do whatever you need to do in order to help yourself cope.

Honestly though hun, everyone dies. There is no way to change it, and whether they die now, or 10 years from now, it's going to hurt you & it's going to feel awkward not seeing them anymore. But think of it this way: He was needed for something. No matter what happened, there isn't a way you could've stopped his death. He was going to die sooner or later & no matter what you could've done, he would've died anyways.

But, take a while to cope with this & take time for yourself. If it helps at all, go on his MySpace & leave him a message or comment. Although he'll never comment you back, you still get your feelings out to him, and he'll always understand. Life isn't fair though, and nobody ever deserves the things that happen to them [unless they're an asshole], it's really hard. I have a really good friend that I've been friends with for a good 4/5 years. I feel like I always want to be around her because she's just so amazing and i love her with all my heart. I'm not a lesbian or anything, she's just always there for me and I love her so much, she's amazing to me. The bad thing about this is when I look at our photos from the past and everything we use to do we did it together, like we were always together and everyone was like "nobody could break them up". Now we're still really good friends and we see each other a lot during the summer cause we're on the same soccer team. But when soccer's over were not going to see each other for like the whole school year because we don't have any classes together ..because let's just say I'm not as academically eligable as she is so I'm not in the advanced classes that she's in. What happened when we both went to high school was we were in NO classes together so we didn't see each other a lot so we started to drift apart. During the summer we're really close cause we're on the same soccer team but then when school starts I rarely see her and I'm afraid we're going to drift apart like we did in the beginning of freshman year (we're going into our sophomore year). I just don't know what to do, and please don't say "IF SHES A GOOD FRIEND THEN SHE WON'T DRIFT AWAY" because i really don't think she means to do it, i just wanna stay close to her because she's one of the best friends i've ever had, and i don't wanna lose her. Even though you're not in the same classes, you might have gym or lunch together. There are always possibilities to talk to each other there. If you don't happen to be in the same gym class or lunch, talk online. I realize since she's in advanced classes, she may have to spend more time on her homework, but there's still a chance. Call her & ask to hang out.

Different classes are new possibilities, but you won't lose a friend because of them if you make an effort to call or IM. =)

A few months ago a bought a ringback tone for my phone. (I have Cingular... or AT&T now. Anyway, now that I have a job my boss will be calling me a lot and I think the ringback tone would sound pretty unprofessional. Also my friends are complaining that it's getting annoying. So, how do I delete it?

I have Cingular too, so I'll help you with this.

First, go into Sounds. Click "Shop Tones." Once you go in there, go down to "Answer Tones," & click that. When it loads that page, click on "Go To Answer Tones Store." It'll bring up the page where you can search, and it gives you categories, correct? Okay, so then you go down to "Manage My Answer Tones." Once that page loads, go to "Assign Standard Ring." You'll see the heading "Standard Ring," and then it'll let you set a default tone, or a caller. It also allows you to enter a 10 digit number. Go into that box, & enter a number. Put in the number you want the tone to not be heard to, so that would be your bosses number. Then you keep going down, and it'll say "Set Play Hours." Click that & then the page will load. You'll see a poll type of thing. It'll say "Always," "7AM - 7PM Central," "7PM - 7AM Central," and then "Off - use Answer." Click that one & then go down to Done. Click that, & there you go. =)

Recently at walmart i saw these really cool sleeping bags. They were pirates of the caribbean and they way you store them is you roll it up, and then stick it into its holder which looks like a small sofa chair. of course this is for kids, and my little brothers have been asking me to buy it for them. Could anyone suggest somewhere to find these, or something similar?

If you saw them at Wal*Mart, then that's where you should get them from since other stores would have something similar, but it wouldn't be the same.

hi, im really upset and i've cried for ages over this im turning 14 in exactly 2 weeks, this is long right basically i havent started my period my boobs are growing and are a fair size, i've got lots of pubic hair on my vagina and armpits thats normal. I'm worried about the period thing will it ever start? I'm not able to tell you when exactly you'll get your period seeing as how I'm not you. I got mine a week after I turned 13, so it's all different & it varies a ton.

I just know that you'll get it soon & there's no need to worry.

Wear what makes you comfortable & happy. Don't wear it depending on what "style" it gives you.

What do you say to someone who you love dearly when a member of their family dies? I'm sorry doesn't help I know that, but I feel like all I'm doing is just being next to him, not really helping.

Say you're sorry for their loss, and that you're there if they ever need to talk regardless of what time it is. Then leave it at that. If they need to talk, they'll come to you & then you can continue to help that way.

Don't keep saying you're sorry & don't keep asking if they're okay. They'll get that you're sorry, but that won't help them, nor will it bring back the person they lost. And asking if they're okay would be stupid since they're not.

What is a good way to deal with stress? 15/F
A while back i "heard" my parents in their bedroom and can't get over it. I've talked to them about it but still can't. I'm ALWAYS afraid I'll hear them agian so I'm always stressed.
Also you know when there are love scenes in movies and they start doin it I get mad and think that because my mom and dad watched that they will later and it just bugs me SOOO much that my parents do it. Those scences make me feel really uncomfortable and makes me more stressed, sometimes even when people are makin out it makes me feel that way.
This will sound gross but when those scenes come on I get like a heart-beat or something down around my vigina and it doesn't stop unless I rub it...I get discusted with myself.

The way you're feeling when you see things like that is completely normal. You shouldn't feel disgusted with yourself if you masturbate. It's a normal & healthy thing. It actually relieves stress & tension.

However, talk to your parents about sex. It's embarassing, yeah, but it's a talk you need to have someday. Why not now? Explain to them that hearing them have sex has made you feel really uncomfortable & stressed & you'd like it if they waited until you were out of the house to do such things so you didn't happen to hear it or walk in or something.

I'm pretty sure they'll understand. But if you're honestly disgusted with masturbating, & you need a different way to relieve stress, take a walk or go to a friend's house. I usually go on walks when I'm stressed out and it helps out a lot.

Just get a push-up bra & try to wear layered shirts. Like a tee shirt with a striped tank top under it. You can get shirts like that at American Eagle or Hollister, etc.

For bras, you can go to Victoria's Secret & see what they suggest.

Nobody can predit when you're going to get your period. You can get it next week, tomorrow, next year, or three months from now. Nobody can tell you when you're going to get, but you will end up getting it eventually. If you don't get it by time you're 16, then you should start worrying, but for right now, you're fine. You don't want your period anyways, trust me.

Anyways, your boobs will grow when you get your period, and so will your underarm hair. As for making your boobs seem bigger even though they're not, wear a push-up bra. Until your boobs do start to grow, that'd be your best bet. You'll get the things you're longing for soon. Just be patient!

my life is going go so good right now. everythings perfect, ive got the perfect bestfriend, and i have the perfect kid.

I had sex in my bed the first time. And then a bed all the rest of the times.

It's probably the most comfortable. Don't think romantic, think comfort. Because it's not so romantic when you're in pain from having sex somewhere weird. Use protection!
