I had a soft-gum graft Thursday. ( so baisicly I had mouth surgery) And I've eaten nothing but Ice cream and macaronie for 3 days. I keep my bite plate out now but I have to put it back in to eat. It really hurts to wear my bite plate. My teeth must have shifted or something cause the plate doesn't fit in well anymore. I can call my dentist cause its the weekend but I'm STARVING I can't eat anything cause it hurts to put it in! Please please help.
aww thats nott good to be starving ! make a milkshake or some hot chocolate if you want other things to eat. if it hurts that much to eat with the plate in, just leave it out and then call your dentist after the weekend and then ask him about it .

I've been having a sore throat for about 3 days now... Is there any ways to make it go away? It feels like I'm always trying to clear my throat but I can't. Should I just drink a lot of water? I can't sleep because it feels like I can't breathe.

my boyfriend michael and me had been dating on and off for the past 4 months,, well he was very jealous of all the guys i hung out with when we first went out but then he got better and he didnt care anymore well we were talking online one day and he told me he was gunna go walk to his neighbors house kyla (a girl he dated last year and is dating one of my best guy friends) so they get online an hour early and this is what she said to me:

--well it was all this huge joke,, kyla's friend was typing it, so me and him were gunna go to a movie and he was going to apoligize,, i ended up not being able to go and i called him like 10 times leaving him messages saying i couldnt go well he went to the movies i wasnt there he got really mad at me bc he thought i stood him up,, we ended up breaking up but i cant get over him he always stares at me some of my friends say he still likes me too i just dont know what to do
talk things out with him and tell him that you really did try to call him and he shouldve checked him messages . besides that kyla is a real biotch so dont listen to her .

aww its ok babe i went through this too but not for so long . so anyway it may be a little awkward for a period of time, but to break the ice between you two you should just calmly and normally go up to him and ask him if you could still be friends . chances are he'll say yes because who wants to give up being friends with someone they loved ?

i have naturally tanned skin and i'm doing my first show.I will be performing dances from disney movies.
my dance teacher said we have to wear lip stick and eyeshadow above the eyelid.any ideas for colour schemes coz without them lipstick sounds pretty granny-like.
p.s. i'm 13 so don't go overbooard on anything and any other make up suggestions to look a bit different would be appreciated!!!

alrightt so use a metallic-green shadow that accentuates the warm golden tones in your tan skin. then, if your eyelashes arent so long then put just a tiny bit of mascara on the tips of your eyelashes to make them a little bit longer . then, for the final touches put some rosey lipstick on the lips and then apply a shiny gloss right on top. and there you go !

so lately i have been thinking that im fat and when i eat i feel real bad. i havent really ate anything in the past 2 days and i want to go anorexic. i know theirs a better way to lose weight then that. what should i eat and what exercises should i do and for how long?
right now i do 25 sit ups in the morning, then after i eat dinner, usually from 6-7 i ride the gazelle for 30 minutes and then i get on the bike and go 8 miles. after that i do 25 situps. then right before i go to bed i do 30 sit ups. is this enough?

color to paint my room!!!!!! Please Help. All the color quizzes I've taken say different things like I'm purple, gray, green and blue. Is there any true color test where it will really tell you what color you should paint your walls so you won't get annoyed etc. of it. Please I really need help
well i dont really know any sites off hand but you should pick a colour that reflects off of you . for example : if you want your room to be calm and tranquill, then maybe go for a soft blue or light aqua and lavender . but if you want a more loud and volumized room go for a bright yellow or hot pink . its up to you and its all on what you want . have funn with your new room !!

I will rate fives for all answers! In about 12 days it will be my boyfriend and I's one year anniversary. I was really low on ideas so I got a fleece throwover blanket embroidered for him, it has our names and December 22nd, 2004 on it and it also says I LOVE YOU. Hey guys! I'm 13 years old (almost 14) and I am in 8th grade. Next year, (which is not too far away) I will be in high school (freshman). For those of you IN ninth grade or over, does it suck? It scares me because I will be going to a school with 17 and 18 year olds and I'll be only 14 when I go to high school! Is it scary to go to high school? I've heard so many bad things about high school... the boys are the worst... I could probably survive in an all girls school because boys that I klnow are just mean except a few. I'm really scared knowing that I will be in high school! Can anyone give me some comforting advice to help me feel better because everyday, I get scareder knowing that another day is past and I'm that much closer to high school? I'm just scared... can anyone help me... seriously! I don't want sarcasm or rudeness in yall's answers. I'm just looking for a little comfort... Thanks!

heyy ! im 13 going to be 14 next year, and im in eighth grade too . the thing about my school is that my school goes from grade 6-12 . so i know what its like to be in a school with 17 years olds and 18 years olds and 16 and 15 . even though my school isnt the biggest, i still see them in the halls and our lockers arent that far apart . everyone get scared about moving from middle school to high school, and there really isnt anything to be afraid of unless they shove you into a locker or something but why would anyone ever wanna do that i mean seriously ? so anyway, i'm friends with alot of the high schoolers and they are all extremely nice . basically, tehre is nothingg and i mean NOTHING to be scared of ! just face it, take a deep breath, and smile - its the first thing people notice about you.
