Mercy_x_Me answered Sunday December 11 2005, 11:37 am: The best way to respond...would be...however you feel. If it's with someone of the opposite sex, tell them YES you have feelings for them or NO your only friends. Good Luck ♥ [ Mercy_x_Me's advice column | Ask Mercy_x_Me A Question ]

xxoBriannax answered Sunday December 11 2005, 10:52 am: It means like what level are we at? When someone says that, it means a relationship. So, if someone said that to you, you can say 'at good terms', 'in love', or 'not quite friends'. (or something along those lines) [ xxoBriannax's advice column | Ask xxoBriannax A Question ]
susana answered Sunday December 11 2005, 9:50 am: "Where do we stand?" usually implies that the person asking it does not know for sure where a relationshp is going or how it is viewed by the other person. And that is, of course, if the questioner is asking about a relationship. Other times, people making plans together will sometimes ask that question at the end of the discussion to make sure that all is set and that each person is in sync with one another.
Mostly though, and again, I've heard it more often used in reference to wondering where a relationship is going, e.g., "How is our relationship and what are your thoughts on it at this point?"
Oh yes, and it can also be used when someone is trying to figure out what exactly is happening in any particular situation, e.g., "Where do we stand on the evacuation of our troops from Iraq?" [ susana's advice column | Ask susana A Question ]
