You should start a journal and write down everything you feel. You should also find somebody to talk to to help you get through this.
Hope this helped and don't worry things can only go up from here =)

joining a club, sport, a gym, getting involved with the community if you want..getting a job..all this can help you releive stress and help you get through this tough time. maybe start up a divorce support group in school. they had something like that when i was in elementary school. go out with friends, have a good time..meet new people...focus on your social life and it will make things better. i know when im going through a rough time with my family or something..i try and get out more and it really does help lift my spirits. give what i suggested a try..keep me posted and feel free to inbox me

Talk to them. Take some time to yourself and maybe pick up a new hobby or something to get your mind off all the bad things. I'm so sorry. If you need someone to talk to inbox me.

hmm, well i had to go through that also, my mom and dad got divorced when i was very young though. well the thing i did, when i grew up to get over it was that i just try to spend time doing other things than dwelling over it. like, just don't think about it too much, you know? don't get too overwhelmed, just be cool about it, and if you can't handle it, you can always talk to me.

i am so sorry about your parents. the best thing to do is talk to someone, like a friend or a counselor. it'll be hard to get over it, and it will take time. do something to take your mind off of it.

if you're really upset about your parents divorce, maybe you can talk to them about how you're feeling. it helps to talk to someone when you're really upset. when im under stress, i talk to my BF jen, and she helps me alot. try talking to a friend. if talking doesnt help, try doing sports or somthing that can keep your mind on somthing else. it just might work .

You really can't get over a divorce. When something this big happens, you just can't get over it within a minute. It`ll take some time. =) Try and talk to your parents about how you feel. Tell them what your going through and how your so devastated. They still love you so don't think that they won't listen. If you give it some time, you`ll get over it bit by bit.

Don't put the burden on your shoulder. When kids' parents get divorced, they automatically blame themselves without even realizing it. Just try to take your mind off of it. They still love you and your relationship with both of them will not change. It is just a rough time in your life now, but in a few months maybe it will be for the better. Try to think of all the good times you have had with them.

Okay why did you give me a 1? How did I not help you?

you just need to keep your head up. i cant say ive ever expierienced this..but ive had family problems before and i understand how frustrating it can get. So just take each day as it comes...and try to keep your mind off of it. You cant completely rid yourself of stress. But, talking to someone might help take some of it away. I would probably contact a phsyciatrist. Ive been to one before. Its not awkward at all, it helps to have someone you can confess your feelings to confidentially.

sorry to hear that. a lot of people parents are divorced er going through a divorce. maybe you should talk to some of them at your school er something. u need to juss realize that even though your parents are getting a divorce, it has nothing to do with you. they both love you the same as they did when they were married, they juss wont be living together. i think you should talk to your parents about the whole situation. it'll probably make you feel better & maybe they can help the stress thing.

-hope that helped!♥
