I don't think a guy that actually liked you would say that kind of thing to you. The guy is a dick, leave him alone and let him ruine that Jenna chick's life.
Not to break your heart more than it probably is, but he DOESN'T like you. I think he made that pretty clear. He is a PRICK. You seem to have been so nice to him and your entire "friendship" was just a lie. He needs to grow a dick and learn how to treat people.

hunny, im really sorry but this guy is a jerk with a needle dick. You can do much better.
But if you really want to catch his attention stop talking to him and stop following him and looking at him and crap. Dont even acknowledge his existance and totally forget about him. Then after a month or two he'll feel bad after he gets DUMPED by jenna or whatever and he'll come back to you. And even if he does, dont acknowledge him, hes just a jerk and a half =) If you stops being such an ARS then try to be his friend, it'll probably be better that way..And I know it seems like your in love but it wont take that long to get over him. I only have one thing to say about it.. jerk. Once you get over him you'll be so releived believe me =)

I really really dont think there is anything between the lines. Apart from the fact that he is being SOOOO straight forward here, guys dont often put little hidden messages in what they say. This guy really doesnt like you though.

I think you need to move on and stop obsessing about this guy. I know it feels rotten when a guy doesn't return your feelings for him but you have to.
Bugging him is just making matters worse. He will dislike you even more if you keep after him. Just let it go. :)
