ok when i go to a search engine like ask.com or msn or google..it has everything i searched for saved in the spot where you type in what your looking for. is there any way to delete that? if my parents ever use my laptop and see the things ive searched for..that wouldnt be good

i have an easier way. all you have to do is go to the thing next to favorites. its like a green button thing er a file it looks like. its called history. click that and a list will come up. then it has ALL the sites and history stuff. and you juss delete the ones you gotta!

my friends keep trying to set me up with all these different guys all the time... but hello IM TAKEN!! i tell them that everytime but they wont listen to me. They say that it doesn't count because he lives so far away and i never see him. And recently me and my bf are going thru a hard time in our relationship and according to my friends going out with other guys is supposed to make me "feel better?" um ok what's up with that? They aren't even acting like friends, they should be supporting me and telling me everything is guna be ok but instead they are already assuming that we're guna break up. And i hate it when they tell all these guys that im single... IM NOT!!! how do i get thru to them??

OMG you sound like me haha. ok my bf lives far away from me but i love him a whole lot. and i know what you mean. my friends can be like that to, but what i did is sit down and tell him that my bfs the only one for me. i appreciated them trying to make me happy, but i AM happy with him. and thats what you have to tell them. tell them you juss want to be with your bf and no1 else, but you appreciate what theyre trying to do, and when you need help you'll come to them.

my best friend is like fading away from me. she just never calls me anymore. she used to call me every day. now whenever she calls she asks for my sister. i dont know why shes mad at me but i thnk it may be because im not a vegetarian. as stupid as it sounds i think so. any way she is a vegetarian and she believes in it very strongly and i told her that i wasnt a vegetarian any more and she was like "WHAT!" and hasnt really called me and actually talked to me since. and in her profile it used to say my name is Sarah (not real name) but my best friend Anna (me, not real name) calls me spanky. but now it says my name is Sarah but my friends call me Ess. she doesnt talk to me when my sister invites her over. i dont know what happened shes just mad at me all of the sudden. what an i do to get her back

it seems to be that it could really be the vegetarian. not to sound mean, but maybe she wanted to be your friend BECAUSE you guys were vegetarians and she wanted to have someone that was one like her. the best thing you can do is to talk to her about it and really find out whats going on. juss sit her down and talk. she'll have to listen to you eventually.

ok heres the situation..my parents said i can only get a cat if i can find a place for the litter box so my puppy wont get into it when nobodys home. i cant think of anyplace to put it, any suggestions?

my aunt and uncle has 2 dogs, and like 5 cats, so i know what you mean. they keep their litterboxes in the basement and keep the doors open when the dogs are in diff areas of the house where they can see them. but when the cats go down shut the door so the dogs dont follow them. also when they go away they leave the cats in the basement w/ the litterbox and keep the dogs upstairs.

My boyfriend has had his half chihuahuah, half shih-tzu mix for 7 years. They recently found out that his dog is A)Is blind in one eye B)Is going blind in the other and C)Is diabetic. Their dog is very sick, and the cost of medications is becoming overwhelming for them. They decided that they would try out the medications for a little while, but they eventually would put the dog to sleep. They don't want him to suffer. His birthday is coming up in September and I wanted to get him a puppy. Not something to replace his other dog, but he's just so used to having a dog, that maybe by getting him another would bring a new joy in his life. I am extremely low on budget for his birthday, so I'm not even sure I'll be able to get him a dog but I have it in mind for Christmas if I can't for his birthday. I was thinking of adopting a puppy or rescuing one from a local shelter. My only thing is, I know if I am to adopt one, the dog will be in MY name, so ultimately the dog is MY responsibility. But aside from that, exactly how much is it to adopt a dog or rescue one from a shelter? I was thinking of a small breed, a chihuahuah, shih-tzu, lasa apso or maybe a maltese. Something small though. Anyone know? Thanks in advance!

I know there is the Sims 2 for the computer (I use to have it until it broke) but I visited the Sims 2 website and it said you can get the Sims 2 for your Nintendo Gamecube. I read information about it, but it didn't say when it'll come out to stores. And since I have a Gamecube, I'd like to buy the game. Does anyone have any information on when they will start being sold in stores and where they will be selling?

I love ballroom dance. It's a lot of fun to me and I thoroughly enjoy it. But this year, I'm going to have new teachers. The classes are split up by grade. My boyfriend and I were going to take it together, but he's older than I am, and we're not in the same class. My other friend is the same age as me, but started kindergarten before me, is also in a different class than I am. I don't want to do dance without a friend, because being alone scares me. It scares the living daylights out of me. My mom says I have to take the class, and I really like dance; but I'm afraid to do it alone. Being alone is my biggest fear. My parents said I could talk to the teachers, and perhaps they would accept me into the second class, but not to get my hopes up. Is there anything that you would reccomend me saying to the teachers? ... "Yeah, I'm terrified of doing stuff alone, so let me into the class." - No. I don't think that's gonna cut it. Any suggestions? Help me please. I really don't want to do this alone...

i have the same problem as you. im afraid to be alone, any where. idk why but i do, so i know where your coming from. the best thing would be to ask the teacher. juss say like, "well i have problems being by myself, especially dancing, so i was wondering if it would be alright if my friend would be in my class" im sure she'll understand, and hopefully you'll eventually get over the fear.

uhh theres actually pads/tampons you can buy that have like scents to them. try cvs, eckard, grocery stores, walmart, etc.

I want opinions on this one. I'm 17 (almost 18)/f, my boyfriend's 19. We're both going into college as freshman, but we're going into different colleges. I heard there are dances at my school and I'm assuming there will be some at his.
My thing is, I really wouldn't feel comfortable going with anyone but him, but he'll be living like 45 minutes away from me and I have no car and therefore no way to pick him up.
He does have a car, but I doubt he'd want to drive 45 minutes to get me, run back, and then run me back later. (Though he did promise he'd drive over and see me every other week as long as college didn't kill him workwise)
Opinionwise - should I find out the dance date(s) and try to work it out so I can drag him, or do I just go alone?
Also, do I tell him if there are dances I want him to take me (mostly because I honestly want to meet his friends...and besides, he's a good dancer)? Would that seem too much like I'm trying to keep tabs on him? I trust him, and he knows that.
What do you guys think?

i think if you guys were serious about eachother, you and him, would find every way possible to be together no matter the time frame. try talking to him about it, and im sure he'll listen. plus dances arent a huge thing. if he doesnt wanna drive the full 45 mins for a dance, try getting to him. hang out and stuff. he should wanna drive that far though. i know college can be tough, but if its true love you guys will work through it.

i had my period last month for 2 days and it was very light. Now it is very heavy and its more than two days. Does this mean they will change each month?

it depends. sometimes it goes in reverse, like light the first few heavy the last few, OR heavy the first few, light the last few. it kinda depends cause each girl its different. it doesnt mean they'll change each month though, but it could. as long as you get it every month, i think you'll be okay. if somethings wrong, then you should go see a doctor.

I am freakishly shy, and its a real real problem. I thought I was over it, but I went up to my new school, [it was just built so everyones new but I know like everyone there, kinda not really though] and I just couldnt act ike myself, I was so quiet, I barely said anything. I wanted to cry all night, even though I was with my friends! I guess its just akward because I switched schools 2 years ago and didnt get to see them that much so its really weird being around them yet not weird at the smae time. I have dark brown eyes, somewhat olive/tan skin, and medium brown hair with honey blonde highlights. My hair is about 8 inches past my shoulders with long layers. If anyone could suggest hair styles (down preferred) and makeup looks for the first day of school...or just anyday, I would be so grateful! I want a sexy flirty look for back to school, please. i have the most curly hair EVER so i think if you'd straighten it thatd be cute. if you dont have 1, i have this amazing 1 and it has a ceramic plate, thats the trick. u can get em at like walmart, cvs, eckard, etc. for make up, try something brown/gold since your skins tan. definately wear your hair down though. any kinda jewelrys good too.

This is going to be the strangest question ever. My grandmother and my mother both carried a Bible as part of their bouquet for their weddings. I want to do the same. There are 4 possible Bibles that would fit the bill.
#1-Grandmother's Bible-She isn't around, and she wouldn't let my mom carry it. It's a faded ivory.

#2-Mom's Bible-She carried it, but she is now divorced. So maybe superstitiously, I don't really want to carry it. I will already be wearing her veil. It is white.

#3-The Bible I was given when I was Baptized. It's blue, and a little stained due to a fire. I don't think anyone will see the stained.

#4-The Bible I was given at or near birth with my name written on it. It is a very light pink.

All of these Bibles mean something to me. They aren't huge, so weight shouldn't be an issue. One day I want the blue one, and one day I want grandmother's Bible. What's your opinion?

2-since your moms divorced, it COULD be a bad sign, but maybe she'll feel better if you used hers

3-i think this 1 would be the best, since it was the bible given when you were baptized

well..it depends on who you like. juss be friends with that girl first. be nice, helpful, caring, and tell her how you feel. honesty is the best and if she feels comfortable with you, she'll probably like you. "if you can make a girl laugh, you can do anything". keep that in mind but dont over do it.
