Go to the top of your screen and click tools then internet options. It will bring up your internet properties screen. Hit the delete history button. Also make sure to hit the delete cookies and delete temp files buttons. That should clear all "evidence" from your computer.

I'm not really sure there is a way, because when you first get your comp, usually theres this thing that pops up and asks you if you want to have the auto-bar or somthing on. I don't think there's a way. So I would just try not to let your parents see your laptop, and if you have a dell, like i do, go to start, then log off and then it will switch users. And if you want your comp away from your parents, make it password protected. You can do that by going to control panel-then user accounts.

ok if you tell me what browser(ex. firefox, internet explorer, netscape) you have i can tell you ways to make all the nasty info go away.:);). i know most of the tricks.
**ok now ie(short for internet explorer)isnt as good as firefox in my experience but whatever**
ok to get rid of all the info you have stored under ie go to the tools tab and click internet options. Now click the buttons delete cookies, delete files and clear history. All info under these will be delete but most ppl have no use for this info anyway. Theres also a place called the cache which stores info on all the pages you've been too. Dont worry about that. Unless your parents are really computer literate they wont be able to find it and wont know about it either. Also to prevent the words from showing up again, under anything, go to tools>internet options, then go to the content tab at the top. Uncheck all the boxes that are checked and then click the clear forms and clear passwords buttons.
MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THESE WILL DO WHEN YOU PRESS THEM. Make sure you know all your usernames and passwords to sites and the web addresses of sites that arent bookmarked.
**sry about taking so long to get this too you, and sry about the length, but it should be thurough enough for you.**

yes there is

go on either msn or ask.com or where ever u have the information u searched for saved

click on the empty search box and the list should come out

use your arrows to scroll down when you get to a thing you would like to delete
hit delete and that should get rid of it

keep doing that until everything is deleted that you searched for

At the top of your Internet Explore, or whatever else you use, screen, go to the tool bar (the one that has File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, and Help.) Click Tools and go to Internet Options... it should be the last one. Click that and a window will pop up. Click the tab that says General, and at the bottom it will have a little area about the History. There is a little box that says the number of days for it to keep track of the history, and next to it, there's a button you can click that says Clear History. That should get rid of it.
Hope I helped. :)

haha aww okay, here's what to do.. you know where you're supposed to type your question or whatever? well click there a couple of times and you will see the list of things you've searched for.. it's like a drop-down list. go up and down with the arrows in your computer and then everytime you need to delete something, just hit 'delete' hope that helps! :)
