Okay... I'm 13/f and my waist is like a sz. 12 or 14 slim in abercrombie kids jeans but like half of my upper legs and my butt don't fit in them right-like they are too tight. I have pretty big leg muscles but I also have a little fat on my upper legs and butt that I really want to get rid of or turn into muscle. Does anyone know a good workout for these specific areas? Thanks!
you could jog eveyday to tone your leg and but muscles ,or if you have a treadmill run on it!

Hey well me and my best guy friend have been friends for as long as i can remember. everyone says he likes me. when we went swimming (beware- this is cheesy) he was like "go deeper into the lake so i can save you". its really corny but my friends are all "he was using that as an excuse to hug you" and crap like that. my friends also think he took me to the lake as a 'date' but he didn't call it that to me. he was like all over me while swimming as well... i'm not sure what this guy wants or what's going on. i didn't even really think much of it until my friends made a big deal about it. anybody have any thoughts?

Ok look I used to wear my hair up alot like as soon as I got out of the shower i'd pull it up in a pony tail then I leanred that when you pulled your hair up in a pony tail wet it expanded your hair then broke it off so I quit doinq that but now when I qet out of the shower and even if I let it dry on its own its like my hair frizzes out and then curls kinda but I use garnia fructise for shampoo and its like I try to straighten it but its nothing like my sister does on her hair..mine looks like i kinda straightened it but then didnt and as soon as water touchs it or it rains its like my hair frizzes and curls kinda but not (really curly just kinda a little bit) also sticks out some anythinq to help me? I hate wearinq my hair down cause it looks like crap half the time and when I straighten it I most always put it up..I wanna look good once in a while for my boyfriend which i do but my hair is like FREAK! ??? help ??? thanks..
okay this is really easy.. when you get out of the shower, blow dry your hair then straighten it .. and spray ur hair not alot but just enough to hold your hair in place or instead of just spraying hairspray directly in your hair .. put hair spray on your brush and brush it through your hair!!
