Abercrombie Jeans

Question Posted Friday August 12 2005, 8:25 pm

Okay... I'm 13/f and my waist is like a sz. 12 or 14 slim in abercrombie kids jeans but like half of my upper legs and my butt don't fit in them right-like they are too tight. I have pretty big leg muscles but I also have a little fat on my upper legs and butt that I really want to get rid of or turn into muscle. Does anyone know a good workout for these specific areas? Thanks!

Uhhh... try a bigger size? Because if you're thirteen and wearing a 12-14, I honestly think you are tiny, and if you could get into a 16, then you'd still be tiny so... yeah.

Hope I helped (sort of)!

hay girl!! i do volleyball and cheerleading so we are constantly doing excerises for these areas... squats are great for legs and butt!! and also these things called donkey kicks... you get down on all fours and do one leg at a time.. like if you are doing your right then you straighten all the way back n then swing it forward and bend past the leg thats on the floor... and you do say 50 a leg each night... your leg should never touch the floor until those fifty are done... and another good one is wall sits... if ya dont know what those are... you lean against the wall with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and hold for say 2min starting out and then gradually do it for more... like 2 min 30 sec. then 3min and so on! hope this helps ya!!

Any health expert will tell you, that when it comes to losing mass on your thigh and buttox areas, the worst thing you can do is complete excerises that target these specifc areas. Targeting the tigh and butt will not help you lose mass their but will infact cause them to become larger. The best way to slim your thighs and buttox is to complete excercises which target your entire body. As you lose weight, your problem areas will eventually slim down.

Good Luck,
