I dont like it

Well I dont know what has been wrong with me latly! I am just not as happy as I use to be and like I am lonly and I have noone to talk to.... I dont know what I should do...

go hang out with sum friends.go shopping or do sumthing that makes you really happy and is alot of fun.and whenever you think you have no friends or noone to talk to, just remember this and no that there r a TON of ppl that love you.and if you need sum1 to talk to u can IM me or leave sumthin in my inbox.

I think that you are just going through depression and a lot of stress right now. A lot of teenagers go through this but you will get through it. Even though you think you have no one there for you, you acually do. You have friends and I know you do. You just have to go out with them and have fun. Babe.. live it up. Dont be sad. I mean you only have 1 life and dont waste in being un happy. When ever you're feeling sad or bad think about it. You will be just fine. Writing in a notebook, or journal helps a lot. You get all those feelings out and you will feel better. Good luck!

Since this wasnt a really elaborate question, Im not sure on how to answer this, but Ill try! Some teenagers get depressed for no reason at all, it doesnt mean that anything is wrong with you or that you should go on medication. Since teenagers go through so many changes, their emotions are bound to be up and down, and constantly changing. However, if this sense of lonlyness & being alone, persists - maybe you should tlak to your parents about it and see if they can get you into a clinic to see if its anything mental such as depression. I hope its not. Just hang in there sweetie =)

well if you are in school try hanging out or talking to people outside your normal friend group. but for being sad and everything i think you need to look at whats going on in your life and ask, is what i'm doing something that i wan to do? other than that do something exciting like playing outside or arts and crafts.

You should probably go to a gym like I do to feel great!I go to Bally Total Fitness it is a good deal you could use any machine you want and go anytime you want you could get a special offer for a $18 membership.Search for more details and how to apply for it. Or get something that will keep you distracted and not make me think of your loneliness like if you like basketball challenge people or get in their team whatever keeps your mind or chat with people across the world.

start doing stuff for you... like do things that make you feel better... like im assuming you are a girl... sorry if youre not no offense! but like go get your nails n tons done... excerise... run in the mornings... talk nighttime walks... jus do stuff for you that makes you feel healthier and stuff like that... hope you get to feeling better!

Everyone experiences times of depression and sadness; generally for no reason too. These feelings are all part of growing up. The many changes we face in life can alter our moods and often cause use to feel lonely. The best remedy to this type of situation is to incorporate more human interaction into your life. Find someone to talk to that you trust and share what you feel with them. This will help you greatly. The worst thing you can do is keep to yourself and try to solve the problem on your own.
