Alright- so my best guy friend might like me. How do I let him know that I sort of like him too without being vulnerable to rejection? Or I guess how can I hint it to him in a subtle way?

Flirt with him alot, and then see how he reacts. If he flirts back, then he must have some of the same feelings you do. And then after awhile, just ask him who he likes. You can't be afraid of rejection, because then that's how stuff never happens. Some people want to ask someone out, but their afraid of rejection so they end up never asking them out, and then it just so happens that person likes them, so they never date. So you just have to take a chance ; and if he says he doesn't like you ( or doesn't want to go out with you ) then just say," Ok.. well can we still be friends?" because it'd be better than nothing to at least be friends. That happened with me too. One of my really good guy friends liked me, and I finally realized I liked him back and I was just about to tell him how I felt, but I was too late. He dated someone else, then afterwards he dated someone else because that girl cheated on him. (grr to her) Then I told him how I felt and we just clicked and we felt the same way because we shared the same interests, personality and we just had a connection. Now we're dating and I've never been happier. =)
SO MY ADVICE WOULD BE TAKE A CHANCE AND TELL HIM!! If he really cares about you he wont reject you. If he's not ready for an intimate relationship yet, then you could still be close to him and you will both know that the door will always be open.

First off. Use what if's to sort of hint that your trying to ask if he likes you. You dont want to hint that you like him and it turns out he doesnt like you back, because that might leave him feeling badly and he might lie not to hurt you. Just have a nice friendly talk about possible feelings. No pressure or anything.

Ha went through the same situation . cept i just blurted it out,and he didnt talk to me for 2 weeks,but he did tell me that he had already guessed that i liked him. so all you have to do it just flirt beleive me he will get the message.

Try writing him a note saying your feelings. Don't worry for rejection, just tell him how you feel and you can wait for his reply to it. You can ask one of your trustworthy friends to go up to him and tell him for you! Try that! Goodluck and hope my advice truly works.

tell him how you feel. okay, there COULD be some rejection, but what if you never tell him, and he feels the same exact way you do? juss be open. it's not being vulnerable. i'm sure he wouldn't mind. if you truly are afraid of it, flirt around a bit. try to send him the right messages, but the right thing to do is honestly tell him.

You should ask him who he likes & then hint around about who you like & see if he catches on. This usually works for me & I just give really obvious clues about who I like. If he catches on, then you can find out if he likes you. If he doesn't (even after making it really obvious), he might just be pretending like he doesn't catch on so he doesn't make things awkward between the two of you. Hope everything works out! you can flirt with him a little bit but not too extreme.. or you can ask him who he likes .. and that will let him no that you like him .. unless hes too stupid to realize it lol.. and you can have someone like one of his guy friends to ask him who he likes... and he will likely tell them.. or just have someone tell him that you kinda like him
