I got my period after like 4 months of not having it ....it was light at first and it just got a little more heavy. you can leave a tampon in up to 8 hours. personally, I think they should be in 4 to 6. its healthier and if you have a heavy flow they can't stay in for really long anyways. its also unhealthy to sleep in tampons, so try not too. haha and no don't worry about attracting sharks. you don't have to worry about TSS unless you, don't change them often enough, put tampons in when you are off your period, you keep it in for days, or you put 2 tampons in at a time (you forget to take the old one out and put a new one in.)

I have a t-mobile razr. And i heard you can record things and than set them as a ringtone. but i have a problem.I go to the menu, and than the recorder and it lets me record a song but than after i record a song, the only thing it says it "send to" and than a list of contacts, and it wont let me like save it or anything. Does anyone know what i can do ? thanks

you can't record something and then save it and use it as a ringtone for anything with t-mobile. t-mobile doesn't allow you to do that because they want you to buy the ringtone. as far as I know of, only version offers that feature.

Okay for our yearly band trip we are going to dallas. and we are staying in an embassy suite. Is that a good nice hotel? I've always heard they weren't the greatest. First--you can go naked. Most people do, because bathing suits leave lines. Spray tans make you orange, usualy not the actual tanning beds. The tanning beds are set already, but if you don't know ask her to show you how to use the bed, because all tanning places have different beds. But normally they are at a normal temperature, good for everyone. The bed will atomatically go off. Because you will tell the person at the desk how long you want the tan to last. Then you will have 5 or so minutes to get your lotion on and undressed, and it will atomatically start. Some people don't get results right away. But always wear eye googles, and I recamend you go in for 8-10 minutes the first time in the normal bed so you don't get burnt. Have fun & hope I helped !

Over the past three years i've cared a lot more about my appearance than when i was in elementary school. I've always been skinny, naturally tan, and a pretty face. But lately i've been around guys a lot more, and i've heard and witnessed what they want in terms of girls.

- tanning oil only works for some people, for those who can tan regurally outside.

-no, you can not shave off a tan. but it may look dryer since shaving your legs makes your legs look dry. So just put lotion on them.

-there is no best way to get a tan. A lot of people from my school, after they come back from vacation they go get a spray tan so its even and really tan.

- you get the stickers from tanning salons. That's probably the only place you can get them but you could maybe go to Target and get red stickers, any shape you'd like and they might work.
