i am going to disney world tonight. should i wear my baithing suit under my clothes? jus in case i get wet? or should i wear a blakc shirt? thats all i packed anyway.

i agree with jbdreamer....thats not the best idea. you cant really get wet there. i dont advise on wearing black either...it will over heat you. if you must wear a suit, wear a normal top and a bathing suit to and then regular bottoms.

I eat 3 meals a day and lately abou an hour after my meals I start to get really hungry.
I've tried eating bigger portions but it just made me feel bloated after, I've tryed halfing my portions and leaving half of it for when I do get hungry but it makes my hunger worse and I've tried ignoring it but it just doesn't seem to go away.

Is there anyway I can stop this?

well you can snack after you eat or eat 5 meals that equal about the amout of 3 bigger meals. that way your not bloated or starving an hour later.

well im not gona lecture you on how you shouldnt hate your mom. i dont have that problem with her but i dont like her for a lot of other reasons. well going behind her back isnt smooth but somtimes its the only option. just tell her its not that big of a deal and you wont be showing it to people. go to kohls and get some for 4$ and under then it if you only wear them once it wont be a complete waste. if she still ownt budge, try low-rise boy shorts. their sexy, dont have panty lines and arent as "slutty" as thongs.

I don't have a lot of money and I have a cat that does not have a liscence or vet or anything. Everytime my cat sneezes it shoots diarhea all over the wall and it drips everwhere and she's even splurged on me before. help me. what do i do?

-I'm extremely tiny - 5'1, and thin - about 120
-and my breasts are size 34E / 34DD
-theyre so big it looks weird
-there is NO bathing suit top out there that will cover me
-at cheerleading i have to wear a regular bra and TWO sports bras on top just to support them
- i cant wear button up shirts cause they pop the buttons
-if i dont wear a bra, they hang down and it hurts
-i exercise, RUN, i eat healthy, plus im a cheerleader, and my boobs are STILL big
-everyone in my family has huge boobs, but still...
-i dont have back pain or anything, theyre just huge and embarrassing

is there any way i can exercise to make my boobs smaller? No breast reduction. I'm only 15. please help, i HATE it.

well, you are stuck with them for life. jessica simpson used to hate 'em...im sure she doesnt anymore. breast reduction is a good idea tho. its not like plastic surgery. mys friends dance teacher had it done when she was 21 and its all better now. for a bathing suit top, try a plus size that ties at the back so it will keep you in. you cant make them smaller, you can only do things to support them. try going to a specialty ra store and get fitted for somthing that is made for you specific needs.

okay im a singer as some of yous may know i have a really great voice and sing at places the probelm is i smoke..i noticed my voice cracks sometimes.I really need advice to quit smoking because my parents smoke also so it will be hard and any tip to improve my singing.Please help me!

once you smoke and sing, the damage is done. there are a ton of reasons why your voice cracks too it might not just be the smoking. some states offer help over the phone for people who want to quit smoking so google it and see what services are available to you. to improve and get passed the cracking, work on the same part over and over again until it doesnt crack and drink tonsss of water. it might just be a problem with your natural vocal range also...everyone has a break in their range. i know mine is between high A and B. hope this helps!

Well my mom ALWAYS calls me a whore and a slut i dont know what to do about it. My dad wont talk so i dont know how he feels and it drives me crazy when she calls me that. your mom should not be saying things like that for no reason...maybe she doesnt like when you wear a lot of make up or slutty clothes...my mom says it when i wear too much eyeliner and stuff liket that. tell her that you havent done anything...it could just be that she wants to prevent people thinking that of you or she has issues from when she was a teenager. dont take it to heart, im sure most of it comes from her own insecurities.

im 14 and i go to a highschool in plano texas ,
my case is a little bit different i suppose
my shrink diagnosed me with a mild-severe social paranoia meening i afriad everyone is always judgeing me and watching me , like im some zoo animal, even if sum1 isnt around.
iv also got mild social axiety bah like i know what that means for sure
i have "hyper-hydrosis" wich is a condition i was born with where my hands are always moist wich makes it wierd to hold hands with girls
iv liked this girl since she moved to the school, shes always been reay nice to me and iv always been nice to her, just recently iv been realy wanting to be in a relationship with this girl but i cant bring myself to ask her out in fear that she would say no in fear that i might make an attempt on my life (this is i guess social anxiety?) , i dont think she even knos i like her and she doesnt seem to even realy i know i exist sometimes
she tells me about all the guys that she likes and that realy hurts my feelings becuas im not the tallest (at 5'1" im far from it) im not the fit-est or the most handsome , i have acne and a steryotypical "Jewish Nose" wich many predjudists remind me often about.

i just cant help but feel that she wont accept my offer to start a relationship

i need to find a one peice racing swim suit for swim team. i really want it to be speedo or something like that. all the websites i look at are all for adults and the smallest size is a 22. but i need a size 15 or 16. does anyone know a website that i can find that type of size of a suit?? please help i need it soon!!!

hun, do you know how those things are sized? for a 5/6 in juniors, you should were a 32. a size 15 is for kids..i was a normal sized 8 year old and wore a 26...these are not regular sizes!! check the size charts on the speedo website..im posative that you will need something over a 22 and that doesnt mean you are fat! ive swam before...

just wait!! having a boyfriend isnt everything...it can get annoying having to be considerate of the other person. most people at 14 are either 1) in it to get some action 2) dating to say they have. it just leads to a bunch of heartache and not to mention the drama. hang out with your single friends...you can flirt with guys without feeling guilty about it or getting dumped. just have fun and wait mr. right, not mr. right now. hope this helps!
