Hunger I eat 3 meals a day and lately abou an hour after my meals I start to get really hungry.
I've tried eating bigger portions but it just made me feel bloated after, I've tryed halfing my portions and leaving half of it for when I do get hungry but it makes my hunger worse and I've tried ignoring it but it just doesn't seem to go away.
Is there anyway I can stop this?

You did the right thing by spreading the meals out because that is more recommended than 3 meals a day. It depends on your age if you are still in growning age even if your not growing at this time it could mean you are going to grow more in the near future.

Try eating little and often instead of three big meals. Have say, eight small meals a day that will fill you up without making you feel bloated. You will effectively be eating the same amount just at different times which will fill you up more than three main meals. ]
have lots of water and have plenty of friut there really filling. ]
well carbs like bread soak up the fluids and help to fill up so have POP TARTS! lol they help me alot
hope I HELPED! ]
Have a healthy snack like some fruit or a cereal bar in bewtween your meals. ]

well you can snack after you eat or eat 5 meals that equal about the amout of 3 bigger meals. that way your not bloated or starving an hour later. <3 ]
It is ok to snack after a meal. It seems like you're active and activity makes the food and it's nutrients burn faster. You can snack, it's not going to affect your weight if that's what you're worried about. In essence, you're kind of starving your body of nutrients. The hunger pains are your body trying to tell you to eat because if your body needs nutrients your stomach acid is well, being acidic and tries to burn whatever is in the stomach which is, in your case, nothing, so instead it is burning the stomach walls. So that's pretty much how you know you need food. Just snack, it doesn't have to be big, but three meals usually doesn't do it for people, especially not me. I eat A LOT but as long as you balance food and being active you should stay at your weight or lose weight. Since you said lately, it must mean you've been getting more active hence the summer, so just snack, I know I've said that a lot, but that's generally what you have to do. :)
Hope this helped!

Don't starve yourself.
It's better for you to eat lots of little meals throughout the day. I often have a bannana or granola bar before a small lunch. And then I have an afternoon snack of yougut, crakers, or carrot sticks. Then I have a decent sized dinner. Popsicles are also great to have on hand when hungry. ]
