Hey! My name is Ashlea. I've been a member on here for a few years. I'm 24 years old and have a little baby boy. I'm pretty outgoing and I love to joke around. I have a very strong sense of humor and I love making people laugh. I don't care too much about what other people think about me because in the end, you're all you got. Nothing else matters but your true opinion of yourself. I think everyone is beautiful in their own ways. I never look down on anyone nor do I judge people for their decisions or lifestyles.


I love to listen to music. That's probably the only reason I like driving, otherwise, It'd be boring as hell. I love spending time with my son. He is by far the best thing that's ever happened to me. He is my best friend and when I'm with him, nothing else matters. The whole world could pass me by, and as long as I have him, it doesn't matter one bit. He's the only one who can truly make me smile. I am truly happy because of him. I love spending money when I have it, and sometimes, that can be a bad habit. I love to write poems, and am told I am very good at it, but only when I'm upset or bothered by something. Lately, though, I have not written any. I also enjoy writing. I seem to have a way with words and I love how a paper sounds after I write it. It makes me sound more intelligent.(lol) I also like to watch movies, mostly comedy and drama...I hate action movies and boy-ish movies. Horror movies give me nightmares(yes, even at this age.) ...I like to go on the computer alot and I love meeting new people, so feel free to get in touch with me!


I hate people who think they are better than you, and people who are snobby or stuck-up. Having that attitude will never get you anywhere in life, and I look at it as a sign of immaturity. I like to be around people that within the first 5 minutes of talking to them you know that you will already feel comfortable with them because they are that down to earth. I can't stand people who criticize other people and their lives. Understand that you, as well, have things about your life that you do not like...so you wouldn't like it very much if people talked about you in a bad way, would you? We're all human, we all make mistakes and run into bad situations. Things happen that we can't control. These are all parts of life though and can be handled with the help of others, which is why negative criticism is not needed.

I believe that what you can't control, you have to let go. Too often we hang onto things when we have no control or power over its outcome, so in the end, life will take its course and we have to just go with it.


I guess some people would say I can be selfish at times, although I choose not to believe that(lol), and if things don't go my way, i WILL be upset. But, I also learn to get over it and move on. I love giving advice. Everyone I know say that's the one thing they love about me the most...I never judge anyone on any of their problems and I truly do enjoy helping people with their problems in any way I can. I will go to any extent I have to in order to help someone else. I have a habit of putting other people's needs ahead of my own. I have been giving people advice and helping people so much with their problems that I don't even get that GREAT feeling anymore from helping people. It's just in my nature and I am happy to just be able to be of some sort of help to anyone: stanger or friend.


I am not here for the ratings or comments. I am only here to help you, and I hope to recieve help in return when I am in need as well. does anyone know the symtoms of ADHD? also, do you know of any sites that have those online tests for it? please give me sites giving info on ADHD if possible too. thank you soo much this is important i find out. i will rate ya a 5 :)

i rly like my boyfriend but when he asks me to do sumtin gi dont really want to bt i rly rly like him so... idk i think its becuz im shy around him and dont tak much but i want to be able to talk more around him and not be shy anymore.

just open up!! i mean if hez your boyfriend then you should be able to feel comfortable around him!! just tell yurself that this guy culd really be someone yu can learn to love, so take every chance yu get to open up and talk!! therez no other way for him to really get to kno yu if yu dont talk more:) it'll be okay, i kno yu mite be nervous and shy, but it'll all be better for yu in the end if yu open up and talk more!!

and for the part where yu rote he askz yu to do thingz yu really dont wana do..then dont do it!! dont let anyone walk all over yu!! or take advantage of yu!! ..jus simply say "no i really dont feel comfortable for that yet.."(if itz a sexual thing) ..or if he askz yu to lyk get a drink for him er sumin lol and yu dont wana..jus say "i dont feel lyk gettin up im sorry .." but say it in a nice way..

There is a girl at school who I like its just that I think she has headlice and I want to hang out with her but I dont want headlice. Shes funny and kool I talk to her on the internet all the time its just that I dont want to get headlice. A little help here!

i wuld go down to the nurses office and talk to her about it, and ask her to call the girl down for a lice check or something but tell the nurse to tell the girl that the whole school is getting checked or something sneaky lyk that !!

is it bad to want you parents to get a divorce? because you dont really like your dad or something? cause i feel bad, but i kinda want them to split up :( i feel really bad...

first ask yurself this..is your mom happy with yur dad? ..bc if she is then maybe yu shuld let her be happy i kno yud want yur mommy to be happy!!! and if he is harming her or treating her bad or anything, then yes, you can tell yur mom how yur feeling and get outside help if necessary..

otherwise, let her be happy and try and find ways to communicate with yur dad and find ways around the hate and maybe you'll learn to like him !!

What do you do when you are in love with a guy but your parents forbid you to see him. im almost 18 and im having to sneek around at my best friends house just to see him. i cant even talk to him at school without getting in trouble. we have been together before and we want to be back together for good. we were together for 10 months. what do i do.

well think about it .. is there a good reason that they dont want yu to see this guy? if there is, then maybe yu shuld listen to wut they have to say bc they are only in yur best interest and safely and happiness..

if there isnt a good reason for them to hate him..lyk his race,style, etc...then i think that you should really explain to them how yu feel and tell them that yu really love this kid and no matter wut they say or do, its not gonna take yur feelings away that yu have toward this guy. dont get mad or yell..jus tell them that wut they're doing to yu isnt fair..and if they REALLY wanted yu to be happy..then they'd let yu see this guy and have a little trust in yu.

ok i wrote this like b4 but i was wondering..

see i have a bf namd chris.. who i love with everything i can love someone with.. ive been with him for 9 months (i knew him for 3 years prior to that) and im still CRAZY about him. I want to be with him forever. I love him so much. and im 15. i would die for him and theres like 3 other ppl i can say that about. i lost my virginity to him bc i wanted to always remember him no matter where in life we went. i think about marring him and having his kids. (not now of course!) and like when i think of him ever moving away i cry! like it upsets me that much! or like if something bad would ever happen to him like say he dies.. i cry! i mean i hear ppl on here talk about love.. but i kno im in love. and with the things with my mom and how she doesnt want me to be with him cause he is black (im white) well it just makes me want to stay with him more and it makes me fall more in love with him! its like i dont care what ANYONE has to say about me and him.. i love him and i cant help it. i would do anything for him! and for me to be 15 and think like this.. well when i told my cousin about it she thought i was dumb and that i shouldnt be tied down like that. but i tried to tell her i dont want to be with no one else besides him! i want to be with him forever. and dont think im some 15 yr old girl thats talkin outta her a$$ here.. i never said this about no one and probally wont for a long long loooooong time. but im dead serious. is it ok for me to feel this way? i just want ur opinions. its not like gonna change the way i feel for him if u guys say no its not normal. but i just want to hear from you all.

yur in love!! so yur going to feel this way regardless of wut yur mom tellz yu or sayz!! just talk to yur mom ..and let her kno that you love this kid and she cant change yur feelingz for him and tell her that yu DO respect her , but you just wish she wuld give this guy a chance bc he really respectz yu and yu kno that she wuld be happy to see yu with such a wonderful caring guy!!

let her kno that yu really care for this guy and dont wana have to let him go for no reason other than his color...we all bleed red.

Hey ok the new school year starts this monday and im scared bout making new friends cuz last year i told people i was christian (im not afraid 2 share my faith) so they all thought i was weird and stuff...and i dont cuss so instead of saying a bad word id say like crap or freak or whatever and they'd make fun of me..i still want ppl to know im christian this year but im scared i wont have friends! i know what i did wrong last year id tell people that Jesus loves them jokingly and they got scared so yea not gonna do that but even if i tell them that im a christian they might reject me..so what do i do?

well i know you're proud of your religion and all, but i wouldnt talk to alot of ppl about your religion only bc religion is a veryyy private thing to talk about and i think that you shouldnt try and spark up a convo on religion or anything.. and some ppl aren't openminded and may get offended even cuz they mite have a diff. religion and may believe in diff. things than yu .. and also some ppl are cold-hearted and will make fun of yu bc maybe it scares them a little bit on wut yur saying about god and all..maybe theyre confused about themselves and their religion and it mite freak them out a bit to hear things about god and all that...

i personally wuldnt mind listening, but otherz may get offended, scared, or just be mean about it.

so this year i would simmer it down a bit and just try and make friends other wayz!! talk to ppl but not about religion cuz thatz a private matter as i wuz saying..

When I get my period i get HORRIBLE cramp! Sometimes theres so bad i can't go to school or do anything all day! Do know some way to get relief ?

leave a heating pad on your tummy where the pain is for how ever long it takez to get the pain to go down!! that ALWAYS works for me..actually, itz the ONLY thing that workz at all for me!! i love heating padz cuz the hot heat goes to just the right spots and makes the pain go bye-bye !!

for me it usually takez about 20 minutes for the pain to slow down while using a heating pad...i sometimes take a nap while its on my belly and its soo relaxing and helps bunches!!

OR...yu can always take ibruprofen or another medicine that takez crampz away such as Midol. those things work for some ppl also.

what alwayz works for me is Clearasil sentitive skin daily fash wash...its in a blue squeezy bottle thing and it takes my pimples away in about 2 dayz!! i love it ..i live by it lol i dont use anything but that ever !!!!

Okay heres the thing...My cousin and me used to be BEST FRIENDS when we were younger.And when i was about 8 she left and moved to tx. Well she moved back to az last year and we were the best of friends. WEll she mes this girl named cassie and like shes totally changed. Like she turned all "punk" and all her friends call me a prep cuz i dont have like a low voice and i am happy and I wear spaghetti straps and stuff. And like Cassie wears preppy clothes too!Sometimes she wears black and they all make fun of me and are all like "dude courtney natasha is such a fricken poser" and sh!t like that!And like they barely even kno me! It really hurts me cuz me and courtney were SO close and I love her so much (not as a lez but were cousis and i was bff w/ her!) and now she acts like it never happend. awww ..well call her and just explain to her how your feeling..tell her how yu miss hangin out wit her and yu want things to go back to the way they were..and hint the fact that you want to chill wit her and only her without her friends being there sumtimes..tell her that yu need her and you wish things never changed and ask her wut she thinks about it all...

When I get my period, the first 3 days are very heavy. I wear pads on those days and then tampons the rest. I'm going down the shore on the days when it's heavy and I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to be swimming and everything, but do you think a 'super' tampon would be good enough? It's really heavy and I'm scared even the super tampons won't be enough. What should I do?

yes!! super tampons will be perfect!! but just make sure that you change it more often than normal bc yull be swimming and it'll be really heavy..if yu do that, yu'll be perfectly fine!!

Well i have been friends with this one guy who wears his mom's thongs, bras, and pantyhose. Everytime i'm talking to him on AOL, he always asks me if i can give him one of my thongs. He also always asks me if i get creeped out by it. I always lie and tell him no even thought it does. I don't want to hurt his feelings but he starts to creep me out because he swears he's not gay.
