Well, I'd say use toothpaste and avoid touching the infected aRea. I know this isn't Really a quick solution, but when I need them to be gone RIGHT AWAY.. I tweeze them, and put make up oveR it! what alwayz works for me is Clearasil sentitive skin daily fash wash...its in a blue squeezy bottle thing and it takes my pimples away in about 2 dayz!! i love it ..i live by it lol i dont use anything but that ever !!!!

Ok i have this one under control! I used to have really bad pimples like major! I still have like one or two occasionally but wash your face with DOVE soap, then dry your face and use plain ole alchohol! and Clearasil Vanishing Cream works too! :*:SaRa:*:

wash your face everyday and don't touch your face because the oil on your hands will cause you to break out more..but as far as getting rid of them in a day or two - use toothpaste..it dries them out.. hope i helped!

wash ur face everyday and us clean and clear blackhead scrub with dove light face wash it works for me! hope it works for you!

Drink lots of water, don`t touch your face cuz the oil on your hands mixes with the stuff in your face and causes irritation. Also, when you go to bed, put toothpaste on it and it will dry it out. But make sure its not the gel-type toothpaste.

yeah i have this stuff i got it gets rid of pimples in like two days it is called, Tazorac, it is cream in a lil tube you use it right after you get a shower. I hope i helped

Hey, you can't get rid of acne that fast. Go to a pharmacy and buy Nature's Cure for Women and it'll help clear away acne. It cost's around $10 I think. You could also buy and try Pro-active. It works really good but it costs around $40. Hope I helped :)

Try Nuetrogena Rapid Clear Eliminating gel, added to washing with SOAP, not body wash..soap..every night and every morning...it should work.

They have some product out there thats supposed to do that but maybe you should try proactiv. It takes about a week or so. And that really does work.
