wash ur face everyday and us clean and clear blackhead scrub with dove light face wash it works for me! hope it works for you!

heY! im just asking again.. i know if you have abs u have a flat stomach (close enough) and i want that i just dont want to be able to SEE the boxes! and when the first "box" starts forming, where does it form? just wondering! thanks and PLEASE answer if u have abs kuz i need to know from an expert.. and what should i do everyday to get them? im 13 and a girl.. thanks! i have abs and they aren't extremly noticale but its not like there not there...all of my friends wish they have my stomache and the only thing that i do its 30 cruches everynight...do them slowly and keep ur head back and up so you feel it even more in ur stomache...
