Oy. Poor thing. PMS is a pain in the arse, but it's normal for when you get it the first few years. Your hormones are just all out of line and your body becomes a bit touchy, you as well, so it's easy for you to explode on people for no reason. Your friends or whomever will just have to learn that menstruation is a problem sometimes because it can create the /worst/ of mood swings. Theres truly nothing you can do to 'be more friendly' during your period, so people will just have to deal with it... A suggestion though, because most of the anger comes from all the cramps. A hot wash rag in the abdominal area will loosen up all those cranky muscles, and a little massage might do good too. ^^

While growing up I never had the "two parent home" that most have and I am fine with that. My mother has been great, The only problem was the show of love always bothered me. IE: kissing, hugging, holding hands. I never felt comfortable around that stuff because I never saw it and I didn't know how to act when someone did. Its not that I didn't get effection or anything but I didn't see kissing or love toward another man with my mom so when others did it I thought it was wrong. (just my young childish logic) Fast forward to now, I'm 15 and i guess I have a BF. Well, he likes me. We've kissed/madeout and held hands. We have a date saturday and I'm acually not that nervous for the most part. Its just that I don't know how to tell him my feelings, He said "I love you", I said "I love you" but that just doesn't seem to cut if for me. I don't want to seem clingy and I really don't feel comfortable saying i love you since everyone in my family is seriously screwed with love. I like Ryan and I don't want to get hurt by him or hurt him. (I'm afraid I might make a rash decision and dump him)
So exactly how do I get myself to calm down and just enjoy the fact that he likes me?
Just sit for a minute and think about why you love him. Is it his eyes? His hair? The way he talks to you? Just him being him all around? Think about it. Try and match it up. If "I love you" doesn't cut it for you, make sure you say his name. And also if he tells you first, make sure to say 'too' at then end ;3 You won't hurt him by just saying that, maybe just kind of stroke his arm or something to show that you /are/ affectionately attracted to him... and he won't hurt you if he's the right man... To calm yourself if that doesn't help, think of something irresistably cute (like dolphins or kittens o.O ) or repeat one soothing word over and over to yourself, imagining it in your head.... Umm... well, they're not that different, if you're talking about wha tIt hink you are.... there are circumcised penises, basically where after birth surgeons remove some extra skin from the shaft so that the head is /always/ visible..
Then theres the uncircumcised ones, where the skin is not removed. Circumcision is usually for religious purposes, but it can also be family tradition, etc. For one thing when your uh... cleaning yourself in the shower, uncircumcised males have to pull allll that skin back and wash, which probably makes life there difficult. I wouldn't know, just an educated guess >:p Which tells us all something about me.. ._. Anyway. Theres nothing abnormal about it! It's simply a thing your parents decide to do or not to do at your birth ^^ So no worries!

My sister at a young age died of luekemia. I dont really uderstand where she got it from. But lately I've been finding random bruises on my boyd and i know my sister had random bruises and ashe was always tired and im always tired. Is there a possiblity that i could have it too?
Since your sister had the same symptoms, I'd definitely say theres a chance of you having it. Immediately seek medical advice on the matter, and geal with this before things get out of hand. My friend waited and when she went for help, it was too late... so for your families sake and everyone elses, see a doctor about it ^^

I hae to close friends that are pregnant. Unfortunantly one was raped and the other one was by her boyfriend. They are both considering abortion. Why is it that people think it is all right for my friend who was raped to get an abotion and the other one isn't. Both are still killing and innocent child...Please help me understand the difference!!
Heres my outlook on things.
If someone is raped (bless the poor thing..) and they end up getting a pregnancy from it, I say dammit they have every right to get an abortion. They were forced into the intercourse and they should have every right to deal with the results how they feel like it. Now on the other hand, someones boyfriend getting their girl pregnant is another matter. He AND she both knew the risks of unprotected sex, and they should not be given rights to get an abortion. They knew what could happen, and it did, because they weren't careful.. Thats my sight, anyway.
I'd say the raped /should/ get one, but the GF/BF will have to deal with the problem they themselves created. Its called tough love

I am not sure what i have but some times when im scared, doing nothing, or exercising my heart beats fast and i can feel the pressure of it and i when that happens i look down at my shirt and you can see my chest vibrating from my heart. Im afraid that this could be serious, either if it is or not i would like to know what it could be and how i can treat it or do things to help it.

I doubt you have a serious heart condition. That just means you're working yourself too hard, and you're heart is struggling to distribute oxyggen throughout your body at that rate.... and on the scared part, everyone does that. Wen firghtened enough, your hear will literally 'jump out of your chest'. So no worries ^^

Ok I have these little bumps in some place my skin (such as my legs, knees, elbows, and back of my upper arms). They're the same color as my skin and aren't big or anything, but I don't know how to get rid of them. I asked my mom and she just told me to scrub my skin more in the shower...but it isn't helping. It just looks like I have small goose bumps on me constantly!
How can I get rid of them? I will rate you well if you give a good answer!
I have that as well. Keratosis, I believe.... just talk to a dermatologist about it, they can prescribe a special lotion that will fix you right up! Nothing wrong with it really, but I found the bumps to be a tad bit annoying :P

I recently found out that my boyfriend drinks. Every fiber of my bones is completely and utterly against drinking and alcohol. I hate it like you would not believe. My dad was an alcoholic and my best friend died from drinking and driving a few years ago.
I love him. I really do. I care about him and beg him not to drink. But he tells me he knows his limits. He says he doesnt get drunk just "tipsy". The other night he went out with a few of his friends and they played drinking games. He didnt tell me about it but his friend did.
I feel lied to. I feel betrayed. I know it's his life and he can do as he pleases. I dont want him to think Im trying to control him. But I dont want him to die either.
Help me. Should I leave? Should I stay? How can I look past his drinking habits?

Try talking to him about it more, go whatever it takes to get your point through to him... yo don't want him to decrease his consumption, you want him to stop all around. I agree, drinking is horrible, even if its one bottle or whatever they're having.. It doesn't matter if he gets drunk or not, he can still die of some accident! If this continues I'd tell a doctor or his parents or someone like that....

okay, my best friend started dating my ex, which is no big deal cuz i don't like him, but he is a major stoner and its really starting to change her. she tried smoking for the first time, and about 2 weeks ago we went to the movies, and afterwards they went to the skatepark / a couple ppl and i went with, but since the stoners label me as a "prep" they wanted me to leave so i left w/ my friend rachel. Just talk to him about it. Explain to him that you personally think that since you've only been together for a month, that it's just too early, and that you losing your virginity to that other guy was just wrong now. Don't dump him. Most guys would probably get angry if they got turned down after asking if their GF said no to sex... He's probably just curious and maybe, in his own way, is asking if you're ready!

You don't have to have URL's in order to put them on your site. There is probably an Upload Files button or the sort under Files. Hope I helped a little, but if not, look for a music hosting site like Photobucket is for pictures.

I would say that for one thing, thats pedophilia(sp) and also, that you are still a virgin, even if your hymen /has/ been ruptured because of him. Most virgins these days don't even have theirs on their first intercourse. Just recently, my family purchased a computer mouse that was the laser optical type.
I've only used the rolling ball type, so this is all new to me.
But every 5-7 minutes or so, my arrow on the screen with jump toards the side bottoms. Is this normal for this type of mouse? If not, what can i do to stop the skipping around. I'm not even pressing remotely in the way it randomly jumps.
I had issues with that too when I switched to optical mice. It just means the driver is being weird, so just uninstall it and then re install it. Bada boom ^^ IF that doesnt work, call the peopl who make it.

Okay, so I'm 14 f. About a year ago my breasts had a growth spurt and now I have stretch marks! I can't wear anything slightly low cut or you see ugly red lines. I'm not a slut or anything, but going to the beach I need to show a little... anybody know what to do?
Sure! Just use some Vitamin E lotion on them, I had stretch marks from when I grew 7 freaking inches in a few months, and they fixed it right up. I went from tiny 6th grade sized kid to the point where people mistake me for highschool juniors @.@

When you go to the doctor just to get meds. for the flu or something...do they still weigh you? I know they do when you go in for a physical or a check-up but what if you just have the flu?
Usually when you go to the doctor to get a tenus, flu, etc shot, they usually weigh you, the whole check up thing so they can log it and see maybe if your sickness was due to physical fitness.
