I am not sure what i have but some times when im scared, doing nothing, or exercising my heart beats fast and i can feel the pressure of it and i when that happens i look down at my shirt and you can see my chest vibrating from my heart. Im afraid that this could be serious, either if it is or not i would like to know what it could be and how i can treat it or do things to help it.
thnx to whoever responds.
Someone close to me had those symptoms. At the time the doctors didn't have the means to check all the problems of the heart, but now if can be diagnosed with all the new tools the docs have to work with. too make a long story short, he had a heart problem. A while passed and he suffered a massive heart attack. only one. that was all it took, dead in a few minutes.
you need to see a heart specialist. if you have a family doctor, tell him to recommend one.
and if I am wrong, well I am not a doctor......but if I am right, and you dont go...
please do

icey0990 answered Monday March 21 2005, 7:48 pm: It could be a series of things. It may be an anxiety disorder ..heart problem, hard for any of us to tell you because we arent doctors. The safest bet, like everyone else said, is to tell your mom so you can go to the doctor. [ icey0990's advice column | Ask icey0990 A Question ]

lostinside answered Monday March 21 2005, 4:36 pm: Like everyone else said, go to a doctor. That's the only safe way to go. It sounds like it could be serious, so I would get it checked out soon. Hope everything's ok!
karenR answered Monday March 21 2005, 2:32 pm: I would mention it to your mom and see about getting a checkup just to be on the safe side.
That being said, It sounds like you could be having an anxiety attack. It's not a serious thing just scarey. Exercising will make your heart beat faster because that's what it's supposed to do!
Go get a checkup, be sure to tell your doctor all about it.Even though chances are it's perfectly okay, you will feel soooo much better knowing for sure.:} [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

evilenterprisesinc answered Monday March 21 2005, 8:06 am: Try not to excercise too hard.. it really isnt anything too much.. if your young.. its just becuase you havnt grown into your heart.. and maybe you have been over-excersizing.. just tone it down a lil.. and if you do get worried, take it to the doctors.. punkrockprincess answered Monday March 21 2005, 2:23 am: Hmm my dad had the same problem. He went to the doctor to get it checked out. It turned out he had a thyroid problem. So you might want to check it out. But it could be just nothing. Go to the doctor just to be sure!
EJ47 answered Monday March 21 2005, 12:58 am: I doubt you have a serious heart condition. That just means you're working yourself too hard, and you're heart is struggling to distribute oxyggen throughout your body at that rate.... and on the scared part, everyone does that. Wen firghtened enough, your hear will literally 'jump out of your chest'. So no worries ^^ <3 EJ [ EJ47's advice column | Ask EJ47 A Question ]
