Your friend probably meant an circumcised penis or uncircumsied penis.

I think your friend is probably on about
a circumcised or uncircumcised penis. Circumcised penises have the foreskin clipped at birth, where as uncircumcised don't. More than likely for culture reasons.

when a boy is born his parents decide wether he should be circumsized or not. some parents do it because of religious reasons and some do it for hygiene reasons. If they are circumsized then they have a minor operation in which a peice of skin is removed.

OK i think i know what your friend means. A penis can either be circumsized at birth, or not. Usually, circumsision is done in the Jewish religion at birth. What happens is the male baby gets his foreskin removed, and it leaves the tip of the penis exposed. Its optional, and although its maninly done to Jewish people, you could opt for it, although there is no reason to. Im jewish so i should know this..but im not sure why exactly its done. You could look circumsizing up on google if your curious enough. No its not abnormal, its just something done thats optional at birth to a boy..mostly for religious reasons.

Umm... well, they're not that different, if you're talking about wha tIt hink you are.... there are circumcised penises, basically where after birth surgeons remove some extra skin from the shaft so that the head is /always/ visible..

Then theres the uncircumcised ones, where the skin is not removed. Circumcision is usually for religious purposes, but it can also be family tradition, etc. For one thing when your uh... cleaning yourself in the shower, uncircumcised males have to pull allll that skin back and wash, which probably makes life there difficult. I wouldn't know, just an educated guess >:p Which tells us all something about me.. ._. Anyway. Theres nothing abnormal about it! It's simply a thing your parents decide to do or not to do at your birth ^^ So no worries!

i think what your friend is talking aabout is a circumsised penis. this is not abnormal it is just a penis from which the fore skin has been removed. i hope this has helped!
