i have this problem too and have had for over two years. there are lots of different things that can calm you. lavander oil is known for its claming qualities, a smale amount on your pillow should od the trick. there are a number of herbal tablets that can be taken to avoid a doctors prescription, as i found that these pills can often make you feel quite fuzzy headed. the other thing is to stay up until u feel tired but in that time relax your mind ull find u will often just fall asleep either because you have relaxed or just because you are so tired, i do it quite often when i feel relaxed. its probably just a phase but everyone is different. i hope this has helped u!

The only hing you can do is apologise. dont force her to talk to you. If she choses to talk to you explain that you made a mistake and explain why you feel bad about it and would like to be friends if that is possible. If this doesnt work all you can do is let her go or wit for her to make the first move 2wards bein friends.

keeping stuff cheap is easy! first of all get a colour of paint that u really like this wil make u feel good and make a feature of one of your walls by painting a picture on it, this can be completely personal to you. As for funiture paint up your old stuff cheap as and no1 else will have it. happy decoratin!

It depends how long you have known each other and how much time you spend together. you will be together a lot more and are liable to get in more arguments over small things. If you are seriously considering this make sure you are able to afford it first of all and before goin ahead with it go away for say 2 weeks to a month with this girl and see how you get on its usually a good way of finding out whether you will be able to live with eachother full time. good luck!

ok this is your ex, in my experience its best not to go back. he probably still has feelings for but he has a gf which means he may have moved on.if you do feel you want to persue him you need to find out from him what he is feeling, sit down on your own with him and talk just the two of you. try not to pressure him back into a relationship, as i dont think you really want to be the person to break up his current relationship. you said this other guy likes you maybe you would be better off movin on urself and fiding out a little bit more about him. a bikini wax is when you hav the hair in your pubic region waxed ie pulled out.
there is no right or wrong answer to whether you should shave or not, it comes down to your own preference.
waxing is painful but hair growth is thinner and smoothness lasts longer, though u do have to wait for the hair to grow back out again before it can be waxed again. shaving will give the same effect but can be quite harsh on sensetive skin as it makes the hair grow out thicker an courser.

If it feels right then just go with it your mum will understand, she will be able to give you more advice so make sure you talk to her, i is likely she'd rather know, than not know. Be aware of the legal age, this is there as a guide but also to protect people from bein taken advantage of. Dont do it! Sex should mean something, this will not do anything for either of you. you will feel nothing but regret and could get a bad reputation. I have thought about this myself.At the end of the day its up to you i would have it done but thats me. As for the cons it looks cool but not all employers will be to happy about it, there is always a risk with piercings of infection if it is not kept properly clean. Dont just go to a random shop, make sure you have looked around and found a recommend shop. good luck!

Keep doing as you are doing, you maybe need to tell him on his own just you and him. The only other thing is to give him a chance and get to know him as a friend, although you dont like him now you may find things about him that you do like and have in common. Why should you risk losing someone that appears to care for you quite alot without giving them a chance.

Being a goth doesnt mean you just wear all black and dye your hair black. This just a stereotype and although typicala of some goths this is not true for all. I am sometimes considered a goth but I never wear all black. In my opinion being a goth is just about being different and being happy with it. For some goths the way they dress is a reflection on the way they are feeling, not the person they are. ihope this has helped you.
