XSugarPieX77 answered Monday March 14 2005, 10:26 am: Hey. Deffinitly absolutly dont pierce your own belly button unless you like went to a class to learn how because it could go serioussly wrong. Go to a mall or something and get it done. Well, to clean it use rubbign alcohol or peroxide and ointment. If you dont want your mom to know you have it dont wear belly shirts or anything and if you do have to show your stomach in front of your mom for some reason take it out when its healed. Dont switch belly rings until about a month after you get it so its totally healed. Good LUck.

SimplyMe answered Monday March 14 2005, 10:24 am: Well wait and see how your sisters turns out..if it comes out not infected then do the same thing you did with her...if it does come out infected, well then you should try a different way..such as the ways all ready mentioned..like rubbing alcohol on the needle..
Teza answered Monday March 14 2005, 12:06 am: You can get belly button rings at Hot Topic, Icing, Spencers and stores like that. You can use a neelde but before you do put it in rubbing alchocol so it gets all the germs off it. I peirced mi ears again so I had to do that and it didnt get infected. x0 [ Teza's advice column | Ask Teza A Question ]
Karen answered Sunday March 13 2005, 7:08 pm: I can help you out with this, since I have pierced my belly button 5 times before I got it professionly done. You shouldn't get a ring when you pierce your belly button, get a barbel. You can get one at Hot Topic, Claire's, The Icing, etc. If you don't want your piercing to get infected, soak the barble and needle an rubbing alcohol or something else that will get rid of the germs on the barble and needle. Once you pierce your belly button, just keep it clean.
