there is this guy i like n i think he likes me we flirt all the time i just came back from a church choir trip w/ him we held hands alot n he always makes me laigh he ha even gevin me n my friends free tickets to go to the wtrprk bc he wrks there he is soo cool n i really like him but there r 2 problems:
1)he is a jr.(11th grade) n i am in 8th grade
2)alot of people keep telling me that i shoulnt hang ut with the older guys b/c it makes me look slutty but most the older guys r my friends

we r 3 1/2 years apart but 2 diffrent schools n the only time i get to see him is at church or when he takes me on a ride in his car i dont knoe what to do some of my friends say we look happy together n all but is that anough? i dont knoe please help me decide what to do

It duznt matter if he iz 3 1/2 years olda then un it dont matter wat your friends think its how use feel bout each otha n it duznt make u look slutty when u go out wid older guyz so follow your heart not wat ppl say!

i really like this guy he is 3 years older than me i dont like him but i do..i cant help it. iv liked him for such a long time and ik that im not good enough for him and everything. i hate myself..my best freind and twin sister are boith so skinny and i am not. my friend tells me i am wicked pretty but i dont think so. nothing ever goes right for me. so i started cutting..and i am addicted to it. if anything goes wrong i cut. my friend knows and she tries to help me. i dont eat alot any more either..im trying to lose weight. so every night i feel sick and i always get headachs. i dont want to see a shrink..i alredy have before and she didnt help at all. im hoping this phase will pass but i just dont kno what to do about it..help me.

juss because every things not goin as u please and it might seem like your life sucks but ppl have it a lot worse out there but u shouldnt be cuttin yourself over things like that or over n e thing!! u needa eat even if your tryna lose weight there r otha wayz like eatin healthy excersizin stuff like that!! your feelin sick and alwayz getting headaches cuz your not eatin trust me when i dont eat like for a while i get a major head ache n feel sick butif u eat it will make u feel betta n bein really skinny like you describe your friends isnt sumtimes healthy either cuz they could be very unda weight and guyz should like you for your personality not how u look or your size!!!

Hi, I'm 14 years old. And I weigh around 115 pounds. I don't exactly have a flat stomach but I'm not fat at the same time. I'm 5'2 and I think that I should loose some weight. I've been trying not to eat so much (I don't anyway) But I get light headed when I don't eat. What I'm asking is, is 115 pounds for a 5'2" 14 year old too much to weigh? I also don't feel good about myself because I don't have a flat stomach. Is there anyway I can get a flat stomach? I used to have one when I danced and did gymnastics, but I've quit those so I don't do any excersie anymore and It's hard to keep in shape that way. No that iz not fat for you. u dont need to not eat so much u juss have to cut back on certain foods like if u eat a lotta things wid carbs. in them it will make u gain weight so say u like a lotta pasta try not to eat as much but do eat u dont wanna become like annarexic or n e thign but u can do crunches n stuff to get a flatter stomach

Im a cheerleader 2 u can go runnin, walkin, rollerbladin, walk on a tredmill, um......... leg lifts stuff like that

Okay.im 13,im 5'5 and I weigh 120 lbs...i have a nice tummy and everything and i have good arm muscles.but my legs just don't work.When I wear a bikini,if i put my legs close together,at teh top they touch!and it looks kinda wierd.What are some leg work outs i can do?Please answer..thanks.bye

Im the same exact way 13 5'5 120lbs. nice tummy not lyin ok n i roller skate that helps my legs and like calves n stuff but u can do stuff like leg lifts and um u can go runnin or just walkin stuff like dat!!! lol

i am 14 years old and my knees are always killing me when i do anything. i went to the doctor and he said that i was probley just goin through a gorwth spurt and my knees were just catching up or sumthing like that. but the doctor told me that in the winter...and now its summer and my knees still hurt...what do i do?
