what are some good ways to get rid of the fat on your thighs (sp)?? and what's a good way to make them stronger because i'm a cheerleading and i need a lot of leg muscle. please help asap!

xHeartxOfxGoldx answered Friday July 23 2004, 3:22 pm: Running and biking and swimming... those are prob. the 3 best ways.. if not those then you could run up and down stairs or lift weights with your legs... or stretch and be flexible.. that creates muscle to.... and cheerleaders need to be flexible. Another thing is yoga or pilates...:)
