what are some good workouts? what are some good ways to get rid of the fat on your thighs (sp)?? and what's a good way to make them stronger because i'm a cheerleading and i need a lot of leg muscle. please help asap!

Im a cheerleader 2 u can go runnin, walkin, rollerbladin, walk on a tredmill, um......... leg lifts stuff like that

do lunges and if you can go to a gym it helps to do squats! running up and down stairs or using an eliptical machine will help too!

Running and biking and swimming... those are prob. the 3 best ways.. if not those then you could run up and down stairs or lift weights with your legs... or stretch and be flexible.. that creates muscle to.... and cheerleaders need to be flexible. Another thing is yoga or pilates...:)
