im 13 too! if you fell comfortable with it! then its ok . but jsut remember ur to young 4 sex and if you let him do that, he might think its ok to do more stuff if you dont fell right ... tell him!

i would say if your not going out.. dont get in to anything that could make you have the attitude of a whore. IF you guys flirt alot i would say going out is the best thing to do.. even then make sure that going up your shirt is all he wants to do and whatever you do dont let him take things to the next level.. that could get all jumbled and screwed up if you know how it is.... dont let him do things if your not going out... if he wants some he has to atleast make a commitment to you and not for your boobs... for u
