Is this to much??? Okay.im 13,im 5'5 and I weigh 120 lbs...i have a nice tummy and everything and i have good arm muscles.but my legs just don't work.When I wear a bikini,if i put my legs close together,at teh top they touch!and it looks kinda wierd.What are some leg work outs i can do?Please answer..thanks.bye

Well I have the same problem and I so leg lifts and squats..u can also go to a local store and buy a fitness tape for your thighs..Hope I helped.

I'm 13 too, and they have workout gyms, for younger teens, try to find one in your local area, or doing squats daily helps your thighs, and ankle raises help your calves, I hope this helped =) ]
The bicycle motion works well. Go running or jogging everynight-trix ]

Im the same exact way 13 5'5 120lbs. nice tummy not lyin ok n i roller skate that helps my legs and like calves n stuff but u can do stuff like leg lifts and um u can go runnin or just walkin stuff like dat!!! lol

no thats perfect!!!!u can run....(to fix up da legs) or go to the gym n there are special machines for da legs..use them or u can go riding bikes ;) xoxo effy ]
Sit down and put weights on your legs and lift your legs up and keep doing that. Also, try running, swimming and doing laps, do the wall sit - meaning you go upgainst the wall and you pretend like your sitting on a chair. Try those, hope they work!

i have the same problem that you do. but its not neccesiaily{god i cant spell} but sometimes its muscle on ur legs...but go running that will help a lot. start by goin for a short run n' then go farther and farther..i did that and it helped a lot!
