Okay.im 13,im 5'5 and I weigh 120 lbs...i have a nice tummy and everything and i have good arm muscles.but my legs just don't work.When I wear a bikini,if i put my legs close together,at teh top they touch!and it looks kinda wierd.What are some leg work outs i can do?Please answer..thanks.bye

Also, try running, swimming and doing laps, do the wall sit - meaning you go upgainst the wall and you pretend like your sitting on a chair. Try those, hope they work!
karlyndarlin05 answered Friday July 23 2004, 2:38 pm: i have the same problem that you do. but its not neccesiaily{god i cant spell} but sometimes its muscle on ur legs...but go running that will help a lot. start by goin for a short run n' then go farther and farther..i did that and it helped a lot!
