If you really like him, don't break up with him! He could just be too shy to call you, so why don't you call him? I doubt hes cheating on you, (all boys flirt lol) but i think you should call him! And then maybe when you're hanging up tell him to call you later or soemthing!

Try calling him and talking to him about it, see if he still likes you or see if he wants to take a break from being with you, ask him why he isnt calling and ask him if he likes someone else and just wants to experiment for awhile
