if you use a straightener, blow dry your hair instead, also, you could use your brush and some hair spray. there is also volumizer hair shampoo and conditioner...i think herbal essences might be one of the brands.

i don't get it.... i put on mascara and it looks good in the morning and then through the day it looks bad. i tried waterproof type and there harder to take off when they smear. too mess. and then i put eyeliner on and it smears as well. i tried putting foundation under my eyes but it doesn't help...
i'm chinese and any advice on preventing smear? (link)

here are a bunch of my diagnosises: :-]
~it could be a not so great mascara or eyeliner (even if it is or isnt cheap)
~you touched your eye at all even a little during the day
~if you go to school and play in gym or sweat at all, or just run alot or are always very "fast-pace"
here are my helpful solutions:
~get a new brand of eyeliner (to try)
~get a new brand of mascara
~maybe you should stick with like eyeshadow, it looks really pretty
~you could always make your eyeliner look good smuged, just give it a try, to make it "purposly smuged" but not messy, neat
~make a thinner line with your eyeliner

Can a very powerful, pounding pulse in your neck be an indication of getting sick? All day it's been rushed, sensitive in the area and you can practically see it pounding out of my neck. My throat is sore, so I was wondering if it is an indication of your body trying to repair something. Random, I know. But I was curious. Thanks (link)

its normal, I dont really understand why it happens, but it sometimes happens in my neck, knees, thighs, and arm haha. dont worry about it. if you are really that scared, call up your family doctor :-] but it should be okay.

lately the friends ive been hangin out with for like a year have been gettin on my nerves. i mean like my x best friend is now like the person i most avoid because of how annoyin she has become, or was she always that way and i never noticed till now.all these ppl that i thought id be friends with for like ever, are now very annoying and i jsut dont want to have anything to do with em. i want to go and make new friends but does that make me a bad peron for ditchin em for other ppl? It's understandable that your x best friends get on your nerves or tend to annoy the crap out of you because you've [im guessing] have been hanging with them for a really long time. So that was bound to happen sometime, so my advice would be to take some time away from them and hang out with other people, but don't get rid of your "x best friends" entirely, because that would be pretty mean, and that could give you a bad reputation. So, I'm all for your idea of making new friends and you starting to drift away from your old friends, but just don't forget them completley, yuh know?

If you like him, then why should you feel compelled to not like him? haha, just because he has a gf does not mean you should just drop him likr a hot potato...okay yeah, that was corny. :] but i doubt that he is gonna stay with him bossy gf for much longer, because guys don't like girls who are that high maintence. So, if I were you, I would tell him how you feel and see how he reacts. If you want to wait for him, then wait...but don't get rid of your other options... there are other guys out there, so if this relationship doesn't work out, there are plenty of others. [but i wouldn't steal him, cuz that could get messy...let him break up with her or vice versa before getting into the relationship]

When your hymen breaks, it doesn't always hurt extremly. It can break through nonsexual activities like horseback riding or even riding your bike. It's probably broken already. It can break easily...well not really easily but easily. When mine broke, I didn't even know! It didn't bleed or even hurt.

1. I am not sure if a midget could win. I bet midgets don't want to be president. Midgets are normally living with a happy family or in Hollywood...why run for president?
2. I think a women president will win first. It doesn't matter what race that women is, at long as she's true to her self and true to the world. Maybe after the woman president, other racial color and religious backgrounds will run for presidency.

All of my friends play guitar [one plays acoustic] and they take lessons from someone and they say that it is much easier and better that way. I tried playing it...but I have to tell you, it takes patience haha, and you've got to be dedicated to play it, not easily frustrated. :] soo I would try it if I were you, and if it's not your thing I don't think band camp will be an option ;]

I am so in love with this boy, but sometimes I wonder if we can make it. I’m really not good at long distance relationships, and he moved 3 hours away from me. Long distnace relationships can be hard, but I give you major props for sticking it out because it means you truly love him :] and that is soo cute. And he is probably stressed from the move and being 3 hours away is a long way from his home...so he is probably arguing with you because of the stress of the move, and he is taking it out on you, which is unfortunate, but just be there for him. If you don't want to break up with him, tell him how you feel, that long distance relationships aren't your thing, but you are willing to be in one because you love him soo much. Just talk to him and he'll listen, and he probably needs to hear this from you because he is probably feeling down because you're not by him anymore. Maybe even set up a date when you will see eachother, so you both have something to look forward to together :]

ok so i have these friends that ive known since i was 3.well they r twins. i get along better with one of them (who ironicly has the same name as me) and anyway sometimes i feel like i cant talk to her if the other one is around. im going to call the one i get along with,"sister" other one, "buddy". well sister really understands me and buddy doesnt. if i want to talk to sister about something she understands and relates to me. while i feel like buddy just thinks that im being over dramatic or stupid. sister and i are ALOT alike and buddy and i are way different!

Put yourself in buddy's shoes...would you like to be left out and not in with the conversations you and sister have together? Like, that hurts. So, buddy isn't going to be that loving towards you because you aren't with her...yuh know? And I am a triplet, [me, my sis, and bro] so I know what it must feel like to be in buddy's place, and it's not fun. So, I think that if you opened up to buddy, she would shpw you a lot of good qualities that her and sister share, but they aren't gonna be the same person, and it's okay that you are better friends with sister, it's not like you wanted it that way...it just kinda happened. Sister may also be shy and just a good friend to share secrets with, while buddy will stand up for you through thick and thin because she likes you, you are her friend :] and that's nice, so just include buddy more, talk to her, not just sister. Buddy is not a foe :]

Ok so im giving up meat for lent but i need some ideas. i go to a really small school so they don't have much of a variety for food. so i was thinking of packing my lunch i just really need some idea of stuff i could pack for lunch and it cant be kept cold it will be in my locker.
