As far as damage control, I would suggest a good shampoo & conditioner, such as Herbal Essences Totally Twisted. This will also help your curls be managable, if you would like to wear your hair naturally curly. If not, a good heat tamer will help you a lot with damage, because it prevents the damage. I recommend Tresemme Instant Heat Tamer Styling Spray.

#1 In my opinion, the best makeup brand (besides MAC) is Cover Girl. Assuming you are meaning foundation, most of them have SPF 15 or higher, which keeps your skin protected from the sun. They're all so smooth, light, and completely healthy for your skin. They are dermatologist tested, too.
#2 Shea Butter Cream is used for many different things. A few and the most common -- such as wrinkles, stretch marks, and smoothing and treating the skin (which is why it's so good for wrinkles, and stretch marks).

Hello, you can defrag your computer by going to your start menu, then find "Accessories." Click on "Accessories," and you should see "System Tools." Click on it, and to the right you should see "Disk Defragment."

This will take awhile, but is most definitely worth it! Go through every single account you have on the internet, and check your privacy setting, account settings, etc. Make sure you have no personal information on any of them, especially, your phone number. I also suggest, once you have done this, changing your phone number.

I am a 14 year old female and i have had stretch marks for a few years now. Me and my boyfriend are going to get serious ( more than we alreay have) soon and I want to get rid of them. i am over weight and i am trying to loose but the only thing that will make me happy is getting rid of the stretch marks. can anybody give me some tips on how to get rid of them? The only thing you can do to get rid of them, or to reduce the appearance, is to buy a cream or lotion. I found a pretty cheap one for you --"Cococare Shea Butter Cream" $4. You can buy this at your local drugstore, and at a department store. Also, you can buy just about any Shea Butter Cream, if you cannot find the exact one.

I like my best friends boyfriend. I can't help it! I would NEVER date him, even if they broke up because thats just wrong and mean to my best friend. What can I do to get over him? I think at least one time or another, all of us girls have been in this situation. One thing I would suggest, is to go and talk to available guys, very often. Get to know them, and you may end of liking them if they're good guys. This could take your mind off of your best friend's boyfriend. Just make sure not to rush into anything you're not ready for.

Unfortunatley, I cannot tell you exactly when will get your period, being as everyone's periods are different. Some girls do not get their period until they're sixteen, while some get them at ten or eleven. Sometimes it does follow genetics, while sometimes it does not. So I am sorry, but I cannot give the date, but I can give you some information on your period, so you can know all about it, before you get it (that's the best way, so you know everything, and do not get scared, etc.).

My face is really oily and makes it really shiny, ive tried special face washes, the dermatologist and makeups. Does any one know any tricks to help with oily skin like reduce it or get rid of it?

First, I suggest always have oil blotting sheets with you at all times. They come in handy, and really do help, if you have good ones. I would recommend Clean & Clear Oil-Absorbing Sheets: http://cleanandclear.com/products/finishers/oil_absorb.shtml
I would also recommend trying Noxema Cream, if you have not already. I have used this personally (as I do everything I recommend, it's my rule), and have noticed not only does it keep my skin clear, but it also does not make my skin shiny/oily.

Hi, I know this may sound really stupid...
but I have always wanted to become a runway model, but there is a HUGE problem...im way too short. All the top agencies have tall requirements that I do not fit.

My face doesnt break out to bad, maybe a few zits here and there but I have a bad complexion.
Ive been using Lancome powder and foundation, but as I wear that, i get more and more zits and pimples but the powder and foundation covers it up.
But then if im ever NOT wearing the makeup then my face looks really bad.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to continue to wear the makeup but not get breakouts?

I'm assuming by your description of what the makeup is doing to your face, that it must contain oil and not be non=comogenic. This will make your face break out very badly, if it does contain oil and is not non-comogenic.
I suggest using Neutrogena Oil-Free Makeup, it's dermatolist tested, oil-free, non-comogenic, and works wonderfully on your skin. It's very smooth and light. Here is the product:

What are some questions you can ask someone to see if they're like, a sexual preditor posing as a teenager? Cause there's this guy that keeps talking to me over Myspace, and he's super nice and his pictures are cute, but they could be fake..And I'm kinda suspicious of the things he has said. Well, in my opinion, chances are if you think there's something suspicious about this guy and he might be a fake, then he probably is. But there is always that chance that he's not. If you want to continue talking to him, I would do so -- just be careful not give out any personal information.
I don't really think there are any questions you could ask him, being as he can lie about it and will lie about it if he's a predator. That's sadly what they do to many people, everyday. I would just keep a close eye out for things he says, if he goes into anything sexual I would definitely get out of it. I wouldn't speak to him anymore, because that has very big potential of being a sexual predator.

Ive been having my period irregularly for a year and i think that it is becoming normal now. But when i have it, it smells weird/not normal everytime. kind of like fish but not really, and no one can smell it but me (i can only when im going to the bathroom). Yes, this is completely normal. In fact, it happens to just about all of us girls/women. So there is absolutely nothing you have to worry about. You can buy products at the store, for vaginal odor, if it really bothers you.

Yes, you can wear a tampon if you hymen is not yet broken. Although, it may hurt being as your hymen has not been broken. But it can be broken in other ways than having sex, such as riding a bike, playing sports, inserting a tampon, etc.
So it may already be broken, without you knowing it yet. Either way, it is completely fine and if it hurts it's normal, and you can always use pads if you would rather.

First off, Happy (early) Birthday!
#1 I can't tell you when you are going to start your period, because everyone's periods are different. Some don't get them until they're sixteen, others get them at ten or eleven, etc.
#2 I wouldn't recommend wearing a pad everyday. It causes a rash, if you haven't started your period. I've tried doing that just when I think I'm going to start my period (I've already started though), and it ends up hurting. If you start seeing red, burgandy and/or brown color on your underwear, etc. You should put on a pad.
#3 I would talk to her alone, and explain to her that you would like to know about your peroid. I'm sure she will be happy to talk to you about it, and will answer any and all questions that you have. As for talking to her about bras, explain to her that you are almost fourteen and you feel that you should be able to go buy bras, ect. I'm sure she will understand and everything will be fine!
#4 The white stuff is called discharge. You cannot get rid of it, it's there for a good reason. It cleans out your vagina. It is completely normal to get this everyday, just about every girl/woman gets it everyday. You are supposed to, and there is absolutely nothing to worry about. But this can be unfortable, so to make it more comfortable you can buy pantyliners. They are like pads, except thinner and for discharge.

Before I answer your question, I would just like to tell you that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being an A. Personally, I think smaller is better. You do not have to go through some of things bigger chested women go through. Such as too much weight, having to always wear a bra (when you are smaller, you don't really have anything to worry about it), etc. Bigger breasts can actually be a burden to some women/girls.
I'm the same age as you are, and I'm a full B. I consider myself nor small or big -- somewhere in between. I'm happy with my size, no matter what size they are because I'm happy with the way I look. I think that's really what counts, if you are happy with yourself and the way you look, then you are beautiful no matter what size you are.
Now, to answer your question. The only thing you can do (other than waiting) is to get a push up bra. I recommend Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Secret Embrace Push Up Bra. It can even make you a cup size bigger, and it's very comfortable.

Yes, it has been proven that chocolate does not make you break out. It's simply a beauty myth, that seems to never die. You get acne, when your pores are clogged with oil, because of your hormones, bacteria, etc. Chocolate has absolutely nothing to do with the reasons for acne. So don't worry, you can eat as much chocolate that you want, it will not make your break out. It's just a coincendence.
