defragging disk

how do i defrag my computer? thanx

Hello, you can defrag your computer by going to your start menu, then find "Accessories." Click on "Accessories," and you should see "System Tools." Click on it, and to the right you should see "Disk Defragment."

In the same place listed in the answers below you will find a disc cleanup. Run that first to get rid of temporary files and things you do not need. THEN
run the disc defragger on your C drive. Is easy to do, just hit defragment button.

Start --> All Programs --> System Tools --> Disk Defrag. They'll give you step-by-step instructions, so it'll be pretty self-explainatory!
