Yes, laser hair removal is permanent but the potential side effects include like dark spots on your skin. Electrolysis is also another permanent hair removal method. You should Google more information to check up on the prices if you are interested.
Nair, shaving, using a buffing pad (Smooth Away), do not make hair grow back less/thinner/finer because these methods of hair removal do not remove hair from the root as waxing, tweezing/plucking, threading, and epilating do. (the latter are recommended methods)
Nair can result in chemical burns or stinging. I don't recommend it, especially if you have allergies.

Wear cotton panties because they breathe better. You may consider wearing pantyliners, period or not, and changing it ever so often. Or change your underwear/shower more. Also, there are feminine wipes. Playtex sells these wipes on-the-go for refreshing yourself down there. There are also these deodorant sprays specially made for spraying your undies and pants, just go to the feminine products aisle at stores to check out the selection. Also, instead of douching (which may be a good idea once a month, I know you said you do not want to) you might want to take baths because they clean the area better than when you shower, you do not reach everywhere inside. Or install a bidet in your house for constant washings.

so i shave my arm using the epilator, its a little machines that tweases hair.. so i use that to remove my underarm hair. its great and it works!
the problem is, all my friends have nice underarms, as strange as that sounds.. they dont have any pimple scars or brown or pink spots.. its all clear and clean. how come i dont have an underarm like that? mine has some bumps, and sometimes they have pus in them. its disgusting! please help me! im freaking out!!! lol.

You should get that checked out.
With epilators, you have to be careful about ingrown hairs. That's what I think is causing your bumps. You need to regularly exfoliate with a loofah sponge or a body scrub to get rid of the dead skin cells so your trapped hairs can come to the surface and be tweezed off. That said, still, get that pus checked out. That sounds like an infection!
