That is Tagalog. It's spoken in the Philippines. My boyfriend is actually fluent in it. I'm not sure what this says, but from what I do know of Tagalog, it appears to be something about being invited to a farm & they're waiting to be invited. It's more than likely about a farming game.
I just asked my boyfriend and he said it says:
s: Thanks
wondermom: I'm here already. Where have you been? Invite me already.
s: What language is that?
wondermom: What's up with you? I'm here at your farm.
s: Japanese?
piper halliwell: Come on already.
wondermom: I still don't have a harvest.
piper halliwell: What is your nationality?
wondermom: France. Now invite me. Where are you on your farm?
s: Cha cha.
wondermom: I haven't received anything.
piper halliwell: I'll invite you again.
piper halliwell: It still won't invite you.
wondermom: I'm still waiting.
wondermom: Oh yeah.
piper halliwell: Okay, well I've been sending invites since earlier.
There you go. :) ]
I Googled some phrases and it appears that they are speaking a language of the Philippines. The most popular language is Tagalog. It might be that. I'm not sure, I just wanted to give you a possibility and a start in case you have any Filipino friends who could maybe translate for you. ]
